We booked the room through Expedia and received confirmation via email. When we arrived to this horrible hotel, they didn’t have our reservation in their system. The receptionist didn’t know what to do with us, they brought us to what seemed to be an abandoned “Hostel” that they had downstairs. That room was very dirty, dusty and smelled very bad. The bathroom was in horrible condition, we couldn’t even shower. They didn’t even deserve one star, we would never go back there. The worst experience of our lives!!!!

I had to leave after 1 night. This is in a terrible part of town. The street vendors and people were playing music super load until 3 AM. The room was right on the street and the other room they tried to give me had windows that wouldn't close w large gaps. Terrible is all that comes to mind.
