Es un hotel pequeño, ameno con empleados serviciales No tiene piscina ni diversiones propias pero es un buen lugar de hospedaje con buenas tarifas

Although the reviews were raving, unfortunately I didn’t experience the same. When checking in, the staff were great, the room has a sort of homely feel, like your staying in someone’s guest room, super clean and simple. We were only staying 1 night as we had some business to attend to locally early next morning. So for us it was just somewhere to sleep and shower, but of course, expecting a certain standard. Unfortunately for us the shower had NO hot water and we called down to reception, who tried to troubleshoot and fix this problem, to no success. This saga went on until almost 11pm. To which we gave up and just wanted to sleep, like I mentioned we needed an early start so accepted showering wasn’t part of our stay. We switched the lights off to sleep and was bothered by the humming fridge and flashing light from the tv. Unplugging both solved the problem!!!! In the morning we hoped the hot water would have been fixed, we ran the water for 15mins and miraculously we got hot water, so we managed to catch a warm shower before leaving, then we had just enough time to grab breakfast. If we knew what we knew now, we wouldn’t have bothered paying as the breakfast was super simple and you could pay the same or less and grab something else local. I wouldn’t normally take the time to post a non-positive review, but when complaining at the time, at check out and following up with a detailed email after check out, I would expect at least a reply of some sort….???

Si ustedes buscan un lugar seguro, confortable, limpio, con gente amable este es el lugar correcto para quedarse cerca de la capital Santo Domingo. Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar en este mismo hotel. Las personas son super amables desde que llegas al lugar. El hotel está muyyyyy bonito por dentro y por fuera. Al igual que la vista que da hacia el mar. El cuarto muyyyyyyy bonito y lo mejor es que siempre lo van a mantener limpio y con mantas nuevas todos los días

O serviço de limpeza do quarto é eficiente. Fiquei num quarto com duas camas, que eram confortáveis. Porém as palestas do ar condicionado estavam quebradas e não permitiam o direcionamento do vento, o que fez com que tivéssemos de mover as camas no quarto, para podermos dormir melhor. O café da manhã é o ponto fraco, com poucas opções.

I was very satisfied with everything at the hotel. Will definitely recommend it to friend and families.

Quitaron la neveras de las habitaciones y los telefono para comunicarse con El lobby o hacer pedidos Al restaurant. Es una pena! Realmente me gustaba este hotel pero lo estan descuidando.
