普拉塔港马里恩全包式住宿

All staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. Especially the bartenders Jordanny Joan and German. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet exactly what I need but I was very disappointed with the food and drinks, very little options. We paid for VIP service but we had to walk outside of the hotel just for a drink which was the same as the regular bar. DONT PAY VIP

La comida era muy repetitiva pero todo lo demás estaba muy bien.

the food not so good always rice the meat not so good some of the waiters very rude even the chefs when it was mexican the food was not mexicano its was not for the restaurant 0n top waited more then15 minutes we left got tires of waiting the hotel its nice it just need a little bit of more work all round food rooms out side

Nice relaxing resort

It was excellent

I love the friendliness of the staff, the food choices, the general hospitality, and the very pleasing beauty and delightful atmosphere of the place. It feels very relaxing to be there. My family will be visiting again.

Perfect to rest

I had a great time. Lots of food options, friendly staff and good amount of stores to shop. I really enjoyed the night scene, great vibes and casino is less than a 5 minute walk.

Nice place to staying

Resort hasn’t done any major improvements since we started visiting 18 years ago. Our TV didn’t work, sliding door and lock needs to be replaced, light was strobing in bathroom. Most staff were friendly and accommodating, but there were a few who were less than pleasant. Garbage piles to the left of beach need to be addressed as well as the seaweed. We would like to continue returning to this resort but we may make this our last stay as there is a level of excellence definitely missing.

The food options at the buffet were repetitive and poor. It was also not well ventilated and dark. The rooms are dated and poorly Not staying there again.

This hotel was such a wonderful and accommodating experience. The all inclusive resort had everything we needed and more! Was able to get not only delicious food at any time of the day, the little shops had everything and anything I needed we weren’t able to get before we got to the resort (sunscreen, beach bag, water, etc). The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to what we needed. Always offering more drinks refills, taking our plate when empty and anything for the room service they provided almost instantly!! Would recommend this Hotel 100%!!

The room was large and clean, comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and a good bathroom. The grounds are well maintained and well organized around a huge and beautiful pool. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food was fine although there wasn’t much variety and the three a la carte restaurants were only open on alternating days. Unfortunately, the property’s beach area was dirty, we were there for a week and there was no sign of anyone grooming or cleaning away trash that had washed up or was left behind by guests, and the surrounding beach areas were filthy with huge piles trash floating in from small tributaries and washing up from the ocean. Shocking, and we did not swim because of this.

Really nice, no one upselling to you unlike some other hotels. You can see the mountain. Really nice place to stay with nice staff.

The hotel has very super rooms. The smell was awful. It was raining for 3 days in the row. The first floor was completely flooded. My room was at the second floor and the ceiling was leaking. The stuff put many towels on the floor to drain the water. The buffet is great but brazilian steak house not so good.
