The Serenade All Suites resort was a nice, adults only resort near Cabeza de toro. The ocean is clear blue except for the occasional seaweed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke and understood English well enough. Most of the food was good. I thought the tapanyaki and steakhouse were my favorites. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at this resort in beautiful Punta Cana.

One of the best beaches I’ve been to and very nice amenities. Fun to practice all my (forgotten) Spanish again!

Overall the experience was good, staff was accommodating and friendly. The property felt safe and was very clean. The beds were stiff and the food was mediocre.

Staff and facilities were top notch! Everyone was incredibly friendly and the grounds were beautiful! I also loved all the cats. ❤️

This was our first time at this resort. The staff are amazing. We loved out room. The facility is super clean and the pools are sparkling. The food and drinks were wonderful. It is an easy walk to the beach. It is adults only- no children. However, you can easily walk over to the adjacent property where they have families and a few other amenities. It is fun, but quiet. We will be going back.

We loved our swim up room with pool view with full sun every morning! Resort is so relaxing and easy to navigate! There was actually more night life then I expected!

Food was not very good either over cooked or under cooked and cold food was warm, requested maintenance multiple times and issue never got resolved, view and room were beautiful and pools were nice. Service was good overall. Main complaint is food and bar/food closing and opening times were somewhat inconvenient since they closed and re opened.

Beautiful beach, great food, nice and friendly stuff, clean and comfortable room... Just perfect!

We loved this resort! I did however find out that I’m not an espresso fan and that’s what they have in the rooms. I had to go to the buffet every morning to get coffee for my Bailey’s! Which was a bummer! I also realized I like waves with my ocean, and there isn’t any here. Neither one of these “issues” were a surprise, it’s all in the reviews, but I found , for me, that I missed them.

This resort exceeded all of my expectations at every level. We will be back!

Serenade staff go above and Beyond to make you happy. Pool was constantly clean. Beach had a lot of seaweed, but they cleaned it everyday. The one thing that I will say that I didn't like. It wasn't an easy process to make reservations at the restaurants. I would go back!

Very clean resort. I enjoyed having multiple pools. The beach at the resort is beautiful. However, not much food variety. If you don’t make reservations, you have to eat at the buffet where the same thing is served every day. I wish there were more snack bars because the restaurants are only open limited hours.

I did not like the fact that I couldn’t not get food 24/7

Friendly staff include accommodations but my room had several issues with electricity and air conditioning

Loved everything about the resort

Overall we had a good time. The resort is newer and they keep it clean. Our only complaint was the food. Not the quality of the food, it was fine. The problem is it’s almost virtually impossible to make reservations at the restaurants for dinner. Therefore night after night you are relegated to the buffet. We were bummed by that because the restaurants looked nice and we would’ve liked to try some of them. And be aware, pretty much every interaction with staff will turn into a shake down for a tip.
