很棒的飯店，熱水量大，空間大，離主要廣場近，櫃臺帥哥可以英文溝通，早餐每天變換，非常棒的飯店！

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. They overbooked my room, leaving me without a place to stay for the night. Despite the significant inconvenience caused by their error, they promised to refund my reservation but failed to follow through. Very unprofessional. Not only did they leave me stranded, but they also refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I feel completely cheated by their false promises and lack of accountability. This hotel operates with dishonesty and a lack of basic ethics. Save yourself the stress and frustration—do not book here.

HOTEL BASICO Y POR EL PRECIO NO SE PODIA ESPERAR, EL BAÑO SUCIO TAPADO DESASTROSO, SE LE PIDIO Q VAYAN A SOLUCIONAR NUNCA LO HICIERON , LAS HABITACIONES DAN AL CALLE UNA BULLA Q NO SE PODIA DORMIR , EL,DESAYUNO DEFICIENTE PAN, MOTE CON HUEVO CANTIDAD LIMITADA, EL CAFE DE LOS PEORES Q HE TOMADO. EL UNICO PUNTO A FAVOR ES Q QUEDA EN EL CENTRO HISTORICO.

Una semana antes de empezar el viaje cancelaron el alojamiento queriendo enviarme a un hotel de baja categoría, se realizaron gestiones directamente con EXPEDIA para poder mantener un hotel de la misma calidad.

Hotel situado al lado del centro. Lo mejor la ubicación y la conexión de wifi. Al no tener ascensor, subir maletas al segundo piso puede ser una desventaja aunque el chico de la recepción nos ayudó. El agua caliente tarda bastante en salir.

El hotel limpio y agradable , el desayuno no era bueno , y el garaje fue cobrado adicional , cuando en la reservación, jamás indicaron q sería un pago adicional

I had a reservation at this hotel but when I arrived I was told there were no rooms. I attempted to show the manager my booking confirmation but he was not interested. After some discussion he offered to find my wife and I another hotel which he did. The hotel was renovated and was not well prepared for guests. We stayed one night and left. I would be careful about booking this property. Perhaps bait and switch?

Se reserva en la pagina pero al momento de hospedarte quieren dar lo que este disponible me dieron solo una habitacion con una cama 2 plazas cuando pague por 2 de 2 plazas que mal servicio y culpan a hoteles.com de que esos no son los precios y si quieres pagar con tarjeta bancaria te recargan el 22% pesimo no volvere nunca mas

One of the worst places I've stayed in. Most of the rooms face am interior covered courtyard and sounds really carry through the thin doors and windows of the rooms. I tried two rooms on two different floors and from both I could clearly hear conversations from the reception desk, loud footsteps, and the lobby phone ringing as loud as if it were in my room! I had specifically booked a room with a mountain view and when I asked the hotel manager about this all I got was a shrug and a poor explanation about not having one available and expecting a higher price for those rooms than Expedia is listing. The front desk also closes around midnight, so there were guests calling and loudly knocking throughout the wee hours to get in. The rugs were torn and dirty and there was no toilet paper in the room's bathroom. Absolutely awful. Cleanlines and breakfast: 2/5.

En general la estancia bien. La ubicación es muy buena considerando el Casco colonial de la ciudad. Un comentario menor: la calidad y tamaño de las toallas no es bueno. Eso deben mejorar.

Es muy buen hotel, tiene todo lo necesario y encontramos como muy buen valor. It is an excellent hotel, it has everything you would expect and we found it a very good value.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado y permite visitar la ciudad caminando. La limpieza estuvo muy bien. Punto de mejora: El agua de la ducha calienta pero no lo suficiente.
