Staff was very attentive. Rooms are clean. The hot water is not possible. The water was usually just warm enough to get in and out.

Pretty hotel decor. Staff polite. Room comfortable .Breakfast was ok, as you were served. On Sunday it was much better as it was a self service buffet with a lot more choice. Lack of information at check in. I had to ask for breakfast timing, and the staff gave me different timings to that which I eventually found in the room on the bedside table. I did not see evidence of the restaurant in action apart from at breakfast. In the evenings it was in darkness. I did not look to see if the bar was open. Website says check in anytime, but the front desk sign says 2pm

Absolutely superb personalized service from all staff. Hotel itself is designed for different experience with design & ambience, so achieves that goal well. Street noise & other sounds are present in comparative nature to most centralized areas.

This is an excellent hotel that is quiet and conveniently located. The staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious, making it a wonderful place to stay. I stayed for seven days and it almost felt like I was at home away from home. The shower has good water pressure and is very refreshing.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal! + Nur einige Gehminuten zum Plaza Foch + Öffentlicher Bus 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt + Preis/Leistung war okay Insgesamt romantisch bis kitschigen Hotel, leider dadurch nicht sehr funktionell. - sehr dünne Wände und Türen - einziges Fenster des eher kleinen Zimmers ging in das allgemeine Stiegenhaus - die Lüftung im Bad hat genauso wenig funktioniert wie der Fernseher - Frühstücksbuffet sehr bescheiden (aber dafür gut!)

Always clean, the staff is super friendly. Most of the staff is good communicating in english. Its in a good area with lots to see and places to eat all around.

The hotel was very clean as well staffed. Everyone was really friendly. The rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast in the morning was traditional Ecuadorian; fruit, eggs, toast, cereal, 2 fresh juices, potato of some kind, coffee, pancakes, etc. A really nice location next to many restaurants and nightclubs.

Eugenia Hotel was a great place to stay in Quito. We had a late flight and they organised for someone to be waiting at the airport for us and stayed open late and were waiting when we arrived. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water and good pressure. Wifi worked well in the rooms and there was a lift for luggage. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety. Close to Plaza Foch and restaurants and only a $3 taxi to the old town, which the front desk were happy to book. Would stay here again.

The hotel reception staff were excellent and very friendly. We received great advice regarding safety and security in the neighbourhood and walking around the Old Town, directions to the Metrobus system. The hotel has an authentic colonial charm about it, which we really liked and we found it to be very relaxing. Good selection of nearby restaurants on edge of La Mariscal district, though on an Easter holiday weekend we found many of them to be closed. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety and plenty of everything. They organised a 4 am breakfast and an early morning taxi to the airport for our ridiculously early flight departure to the Galapogos. The room was very comfortable though the single glazed windows were not enough to keep the noise of passing traffic and car alarms out. So, this did mildly interfere with our sleep. We would definitely stay again should be find ourselves in Quito again.
