A very friendly, welcoming hotel, with clean, spacious room. A good location, just between two main thoroughfares. A lot of thunderstorms when I was there, so it was nice having a comfortable, relaxed hotel to wait out the rains. Only five or six blocks from the artisanal market, if you're looking for nice traditional crafts and gifts.

This is a great place if you just need to relax. It's located near several restaurants and convenient stores. It doesn't have a lot of modern conveniences (there's no refrigerator and no AC), but it is comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to rest.

The staff are very friendly and available. The breakfast is adequate for its price. The rooms are spacious and clean.

La atención y calidez del personal fue muy buena, siempre atentos. Me ayudaron con información de lugares para comer, transporte, etc. La habitación y baño muy limpios y la cama es de calidad, realmente descansé cada noche. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, cerca de avenidas con transporte a cualquier punto de la ciudad. Sin duda volveré lo y recomiendo al 100% Muchas gracias

Es un lugar acogedor. Fui con la familia y la pasamos bien durante nuestra estadía.

A pousada é simples, o quarto é confortável, as camas boas, travesseiros altos demais. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro que logo foi solucionado. Café da manha agradável.

Nice hotel. A bit noisy at night both from the street (car alarms, etc.) as well as from other visitors in the patio and hallways after 9pm. Internet was very good and fast. The main issue was with the showers, which have very week water power. Also you will either burn yourself alive or freeze to death under the shower. There is no middle point.

Clean with comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. Rooms are small, bare bones. No chairs or table. One end table and a coat rack. The owner was pleasant and helpful. We had read negative comments about her but had no problems. No one speaks English but we were able to get very good instructions about how to get places with good directions. She provided us with a map and marked locations for us and wrote down the proper bus to take. She also told us the maximum to pay taxis. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient.

Room was clean but a little small but the staff was very attentive. A little Spanish would be helpful because the staff’s English is very limited, but that doesn’t detract from the service provided. When I had some trouble with the hot water, the woman working that shift literally ran to the hot water heater to fix the problem. Location is quiet and seems safe. You have to buzz in to enter the hotel area. Still only a few blocks from the tourist area of Foch Plaza. The breakfast is typical for Ecuador and tasty. Eggs, juice, fruit, bread and cheese are normally offered. All in all a pretty decent value for what you pay. I’d stay again if I’m in Quito in the future.

Cómodo, tranquilo, el desayuno muy bueno. Definitivamente para regresar.

Bien todo, excepto que el cuarto era un poco incómodo y no muy acogedor. Sin embargo todo limpio, y el hotel tiene una buena ubicación.

Stayed in triple room withm my 2 kids. Hotel was perfect to do the things we wanted to: see quito
