The room with a queen bed was very nice and it’s in a quiet area, I don’t recommend the breakfast though, they didn’t have milk for coffee or tea, you can get a better breakfast elsewhere

It was very good except there was no toilet seat in my room. When I questioned why not later on, I was told that they hadn't had time to replace the one that had broken the previous day. That's something you really need to explain to people when they first arrive. Assuming that's been fixed though, it's a very clean, modern place with very friendly staff.

It’s a rather new place, very clean. In the downtown area so you can walk easily to the square and to the club area. Nice people run it. Bring cash. There are great food stands in the square..this is a good town to visit.

Hostal Arauco appears to be brand new and therefore is spotless. My room was large with a Bay window looking towards the mountains. Bed comfortable. Flat screen TV though in this region...it appears cable options are limited. There is a large comfortable sitting area on the floor. The location is a short walk to the market plaza.
