Excelente lugar, hermosa la decoración de las habitaciones y de todo el local, todos fueron muy amables y corteses, todo muy limpio, nos dieron atención 5 estrellas, definitivamente regresaremos ahí, cuando vayamos a Manta. yo lo califico 100 sobre 100.

El lugar muy agradable con instalaciones en excelente estado, todo funcionaba a la perfección, baños limpios y el aire acondicionado igualmente en buen estado. El desayuno a la habitación sin recargo estuvo bastante bueno una idea muy práctica y cómoda. El personal muy amable y cordial en la atención.

Was unable to check in after 6 pm. This seems very limiting as manta gets two flights from Quito in the evenings. We had to get a different hotel, despite having paid for this one in advance.

My wife and I only stayed one night and the room met expectations as advertised, but what stood out was that the staff was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one, and to help us with other needs within Manta.
