Easy check-in and was able to before the notesld time. Very friendly.
Close to Plaza Foch and buses and Supermaxi for groceries cos there's nothing.
Smart part of the TV doesn't work so it's only cable channels.
Room/apartment can get wicked cold but that's just Quito for you!

Room was comfortable with lots of storage and in a quiet area yet still close to some necessities. Only downside was it was fairly cold when I went in November but they have layered blankets to stay warm in bed.

Hotel Mas Arte is a small boutique style hotel close to the happening area of Plaza Foch in Quito. The staff goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable & safe. Stay here without hesitation, for the price it is certainly the best deal & location in the city !

I had a great stay in this hotel, in one of the suites, newly renovated and well appointed. The rooms were quiet. The staff was very helpful and maintained the room and premises very clean. The hotel door is always locked for added security, this is a convenient walkable location to La Mariscal and neighbor areas.
