Good location close to the airport. Amenities are close by but safer to go by taxi. Room was clean, good breakfast and helpful staff.

The hallways were very warm. The room was extremely hot but they gave me another room that the sun wasn’t beating in through a window without shades like the first one. It must have been over 90° and stale air.

Great in general terms, it will be better if shuttle from airport was offered though.

The hotel staff was helpful and hotel was clean The problem is it is in a bad area. Everyone warned us it was not safe.

Hotel itself was excellent. However the area around the hotel was not safe

Elevator was broken, however they provided a porter to bring luggage to room (not back down however). Construction noise going until 10:30pm right outside our window.

The hotel has great amenities, including a roof deck with a pool. The best part was when the city power went down, the hotel continues to have power. This is my new permanent hotel stay when I am in Guayaquil.

He llegado anteriormente al hotel, está bien ubicado y el personal es amigable. Sin embargo, ahora han implementado “demasiados controles”: Las llaves de acceso a las habitaciones se bloquean, el internet lo dan por cada equipo y tiene un límite de tiempo. Por otro lado, las opciones de desayuno eran mejor antes. No están pendientes de abrir el garaje cuando uno llega. No hay agua caliente. El teléfono de la habitación no valía. Pedí una plancha y nunca fueron a retirarla de la habitación. El personal nuevo no están amigable como el anterior.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very eco-friendly with motion detector lighting. The restaurant was wonderful. Our waiter didn’t speak very much English (which wasn’t surprising), but he got our orders right, and practiced his English on us, which was delightful. The food was excellent, and the presentation was perfect.

Just okay. I would only stay there if I had no other choice. Expensive. No breakfast. Staff not particularly friendly.
