Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful facilities with good breakfast and wonderful views from the rooftop.

It is an old historic building with amazing plants in courtyard and.a terrace in middle of old city ..son rooms are quite old but with some character but did it have windows so they made they had glass panes in the doors to courtyard. .

The historic hotel is beautiful, especially the courtyard. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the historic district sites.

First of all, the hotel building itself is a piece of history almost 500 years. Second, unbeatable location, able to walk to all major historical landmarks easily. It is a very safe hood. There are plenty of restaurants around, next door to a grocery store. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a stunning rooftop view. Breakfast was ordinary and don't expect good coffee anywhere in Ecuador. My room was noisy as on a main road. Other rooms were quieter.

Staff was not friendly. Needs to improve the customer service. Rooms outdated.

The hotel is antique but very prestine and clean I was surprise with a three bedroom beds. I enjoy the flowers and the way they keep this place.

Good location but not worth the price. If you are not able to use the stairs is not a place for you.

The room looked clean but with a strong smell of mold (it seems that no fresh air circulates there) even in the closet and mainly in the water coming from the shower

Friendly staff

The history of this building is unbelievable! We had a balconey room and was able to view the street and people walking by. The staff bent over backwards to fulfill your wish and gave much needed information to us tourists. The breakfast was fresh and delightful. Easy walk to many historical places. The inside courtyard and rooftop area where a plus. Many plants gave everything a warm feeling. Securty was good and we felt safe. We would definitely stay again. P.S. we were surprised to find no heat or a/c, but the wool blankets on the bed kept us cozy warm. So it was not a problem.

Gorgeous hotel, central to the Historic area. There is not a lot of sound proofing so bring ear plugs, but otherwise very very impressed
