Great service and communication from staff! The administrator made sure to message me information and even recommendations on where to eat and how to get there.

Jamie and Stephanie communicated regularly leading up to our stay, answering questions and scheduling taxi transport from Juan, who came to be our trusted friend during our 2 different stays at Los Andes. The location was very good, the property is very secure, clean and excellently maintained, beds comfortable, we had a hot water problem which Jamie fixed. Very accommodating hosts for our Quito stay!

Very good breakfast. Convenient location. Hotel pickup was a nice touch, even though our flight was 3 hours late.

Great staff and location. A little noisy at night with street traffic. Secure and safe spot. Room was spotless but odd odor permeated bathroom possibly from floor drain. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Los Andes is very nice--I call it home. The staff are incredibly helpful ad k owledeable. Whem I hD difficulty gettimg there for my reservatio , they made adjustments to allow me the fredom to enjoy my stay If you are staying in Quito, this is where you want to stay.

O hotel e o atendimento foram excelentes. Todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Dependências do quarto espaçosas e com tudo que se precisa. Bem localizado, junto ao centro histórico, e com farmácias, mercadinhos e serviços no caminho do hotel. Serviço de transporte ao aeroporto excelente.

Excellent! Very modern, clean, comfortable, safe, close to Quito highlights, great amenities including kitchenette, filling and delicious breakfast, excellent communication, easy access with electronic code, and a great host who helped us plan our days and transport. Highly recommend this gem!

Carlos makes all the difference. He is the best host ever. He always goes the extra mile to make the guests happy. Thank you Carlos, very much appreciated! Breakfast is excellent. Although the size of our studio was small, it had everything that we needed. The sofa bed not that comfortable for sleeping ... but that's OK and expected.

Hotel confortable emplacement assez bien mais l'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain est insupportable pour cette raison qu'il est difficile d'évaluer cet hotel. A 6H la réception est fermé nous avons un code mais personne pour nous donner des informations

The staff of this inn is what makes it great! They allowed a very early check-in, walked me through key and security code items, and provided a snack! It was a great stay! Highly recommend

We liked the location, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, the lovely staff, and how the owners helped us get to and from the airport. Also their nice reliable taxi driver was so pleasant for the airport runs and a side trip. Be sure to ask for a map so you can find your way around the old town. It is very nice to explore, especially on the weekends when buskers, musicians, dancers , artisans are out.

Reasonable location but a little bit foggy at night. Close to la Ronda so great for food and entertainment at night. Key locks for both front and room door so really handy. Great inner courtyard. Quiet other than 1st floor wood creaking due to walking. Spacious room with two double beds. Bathroom good size but hot water a bit temperamental. Breakfast was ok- basic, didn’t like the coffee but get packed breakfast for early trips. Great staff, washing and drying facilities as well as kitchen for other meals. Great stay other than minor issues.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Breakfasts were very good. Reliability of the hot water in the shower was an issue.

Nice, well situated next to Plaza Santo Domingo , within walking distance of all parts of Historic Quito.. Even if we arrived early , as the room was available , we were allowed to use it , so we didn't lose our first day in Quito…. For our last day , as we had a late flight , we were aqain allowed to leave our luggage in a locked room and to use the common living room with TV , to wait for Taxi pick up. ...Not all hotels would accomodate travellers that way !!! Breakfast excellent . front rooms with view on street, welle decorated.. Personnel , two young women, smiling , nice and accomodating. We were impressed.

The room was comfy, clean, tidy, beautiful. Staff was kind. However, the shower was a nightmare. The water flow was really poor and I had to choose between boiling or cool water. They were impossible to mix. I warned the owner and she told me someone was coming to fix it, but they didn't come in time. I had to have shower sitting on the floor in order not to be burned. I also had problems with breakfast. I asked early breakfast for two days, and they forgot to provide it in the second one.
