This an outstanding hotel chain. I have stayed several times during my business trips. On the last trip, I had a small issue in the restaurant but the hotel management staff handled the issue quickly and professionally to my great satisfaction. Karla Valencia, Quality Manager, resolved my issues wirh excellent and efficiency. I really appreciated her concern and willingness to go above and beyond to put my mind at ease. Thank you.

Oro Verde is always a great option. It's a grand old lady that has been refurbished. The staff are excellent, rooms in great order, bedding towels etc all high quality. beds are great.
