Everything was OK until the staff told us that there was a marriage going to happen soon and that we gonna have to support a little noise until 2 am. And probably some limitations on the wet areas, that was solved no problem.
Aside of this the experience was fine but the compensation only include us a late check out and the breakfast.

We are very pleased to recommend this hotel staff was great hotel was very clean . We also want to mention that thanks to Mrs Diana Mírales our family was able to have a very pleasant stay . As manager of the hotel she made sure everything was in a very satisfactory position for all guests I strongly recommend this place it’s a very nice place to spend family and vacation time I will definitely go back on my next vacation .. I just want to say thank you again to all the staff who make are stay very pleasant…
