We were on our way to Galapagos and arrived the afternoon before our flight.
We didn’t have time to enjoy the hotel facilities. The bed and bedding are top notch- very comfortable. Best yet from all our travels. Staff were very accommodating. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

Excellent treatment from Front Desk staff! specially Mr. Ariel, Ms.Karem and Ms. Echeverria. Everyone there knows what it is hospitality and they made every effort to make you feel secure, confortable and safe.

Customer service of a 5 star hotel , the only issue is that . The hotel is a bit old and some of the rooms area a bit outdated but clean, good price compared to hotels near by .
