Very clean and cozy, nice view and friendly staff

This property is located on top of a small hill in Aswan. The river view from the window is amazing. It’s a new resort which has been operated for three years. The facilities are new and clean. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the dinner at the pool side. It’s a pleasant memory with my patents. The only thing is that you will have to call a cab if you would like to have meals in Aswan downtown.

Loved the food and how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. An amazing experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Vue incroyable, personnel adorable à nos petits soins (ils ont ramené un gâteau surprise pour l'anniversaire de mon fils), chambre spacieuse et très propre, literie de bonne qualité, salle de bain toute neuve, fruits et pâtisseries nous attendaient dans les chambres, coin piscine très agréable et propre, on en a bien profité aussi... bref, on n'y est resté que 2 nuits mais on y serait bien resté plus longtemps !

The hotel was wonderful! Very pretty, comfortable and peaceful. Everything was organized and clean. The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful. Staff offered a good service with a lot of hospitality. The restaurant was big and offered a variety of food to enjoy. Overall the stay was amazing. I highly recommended.

El hotel es muy cómodo y muy lindo, tiene servicio de buffet variada la comida, todo bien salvo su costo por la estancia me pareció exageradamente caro muy alto el costo de lo que pagas por el servicio que recibes considerando la cd de Aswan yo hubiera pagado la mitad del costo que maneja este hotel

Hôtel fonctionnant avec le BASMA "ordinaire", par exemple pour les repas, il faut redescendre à l'hôtel BASMA situé en contre-bas du BASMA CLUB (et donc remonter après...). Assez belle vue sur Assouan et le NIL. Personnel très sympa.

The address on their website was wrong. So, tour company couldn't pick us up correctly. Please mention clearly the address of "basma executive club", not basma hotel.

Un hotel excelente, vista panorámica y la atención de primera

Firstly I had booked the room in Basma Executive Club but then down graded me to Basma Hotel without prior intimation. There was no one to pick up my luggage from car until reception area which was under construction and I had no clue where I am going. Reception person offered for free dinner as compensation but it was too late as we had arranged our dinner. He mentioned to speak to his boss and let us know if anything they can do better but obviously no show. The room which I was given had loose doors or windows due to which whole night we could hear the banging of that door or window because of wind. Overall, I was very upset for the amount of money I spent for booking this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff at this hotel is very helpful and friendly. The view from our room of the river and the city is very nice. They also have great views from the pool and outdoor areas.

Great hotel with even better service. We really appreciate the staff who helped us find our cruise, offered a free sunset boat trip, found reliable drivers for us and we’re very attentive.

This Hotel is the best! The staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and so accommodating. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable also quiet. The pool is gorgeous and the view is stunning. Great food. Just overall Incredible! Paul and Rhonda
