西泽湾度假村

酒店比较旧，离海近的那几排别墅比较舒服，靠近reception的小高层就不咋地了，海滩不大，景观一般，但是在马特鲁的性价比还是挺高的。

Staff were very friendly and helpful trying to make my stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, hotel is beautiful. Location is heavenly.

The place is so enchanting you feel relaxed the minute you step into the reception . The staff are friendly , the rooms so clean and cozy , the animation team gorgeous , especially Alaa , Sara , Maria and Alis , the food is to everybody’s taste , lots of activities , I really liked the place and it did make me so happy

Overall the place is lovely! The beach is amazing and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable visit. Hotel is situated along a beautiful beach. Staff, especially reception staff, were excellent. Hotel and room very clean. Air conditioning in room was powerful - very important for my family. Dinners were good (one or two nights very good) but breakfast was uninspired and too basic for the price. Evening entertainment also needs improving. Overall, enjoyable.

Great staff and services but the facility needs a lot of renovations to meet the standard of a 5 stars hotels. Overall, it was nice

The worst thing ever happened to me, booking that resort and I got their cancellation by them for renovations then got charged for the full stay for no show. Totally a night mare I had to book at Yachtel with my friends after they kick my reservation out , i wanted my reservation and they said they were under renovations ... unbelievable

Fantastisk strand, god mat, trevlig personal som inte överdriver sitt fiskande efter dricks. Trevliga rum, om än inte direkt lyxiga. Hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Vi var där över en långhelg, då bjöds på musikunderhållning och storbildsbio utomhus kvällstid vilket är lite störande om man som vi mer vill sitta och njuta av stillheten på landet och närheten till havet. Men det är en smakfråga. Överlag utmärkt och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

The concept is nice the manager are doing everything to please the guests, the staff are friendly and helpful.

I don’t like the food there. It is not clean at all . I get sick because of the food although there is a variety of it.

Amazing

Hotel was nice, the beach was wonderful, and the ambience was great! However, cleanliness was poor. Toilet was visibly dirty, as well as the walls (shoe prints) and curtains. The plates at the main restaurant has food remnants encrusted, especially on the bottom. The animation team were be friendly and put in a lot of effort (the highlight of which was the tanoora show). However they were not very organised, changed plans with no notice, and allowed guest to change preset plans, e.g., the nature of water aerobics, which ended up with us floating on the water instead of working out.
