État général très décevant : NOURRITURE : pas beaucoup de choix, pas très bon que ce soit déjeuner, dîner ou repas du soir, la viande sèche, manque de choix au niveau des desserts et des plats principaux. Nous avons mangé du riz et des pâtes tout le séjour. PLUS DE PLACE POUR MANGER, OBLIGÉ D’ATTENDRE DEBOUT. ARNAQUE WIFI : sur le site Hotels.com, nous avons réservé et il était écrit sur la réservation wi-fi gratuite. La wi-fi était payante.7€ pour 3Go. Et seulement dans le hall principal pas de wi-fi, ni dans la chambre ni à la plage ni au restaurant. Très décevant attention c’est une arnaque. La wi-fi n’est pas gratuite malgré les dires du site Hotels.com. PLAGE : État général de la plage, très décevant, les transats sont cassés, les toilettes sont sales. CHAMBRE : la chambre est correcte, le ménage, il fait, mais tout est en très mauvais état. La clim très très sale est cassée. Rideau de douche non changé… SERVICE DE CHAMBRE : le service est correct, il vous apporte tout ce que vous avez besoin pour la minute qui suit. TAXI DE L’HÔTEL : le Taxi de l’hôtel propose des prix exorbitants : 160 € Marsa Alam, Luxor. En bus ou taxi pris 13€ -100€ maximum. Ne vous faites pas avoir.

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only were the rooms filthy, but they also scammed us by overcharging for laundry services. The pathways around the hotel were uneven and dangerous, and the stairs were incredibly slippery. We even witnessed a staff member slip and injure himself! This place is a safety hazard and a complete rip-off. Save your money and stay far away from this hotel.

Vacanza perfetta! Struttura non proprio nuova ma staff eccellente e spiaggia favolosa!

Everything was fantastic tbh, i recommend that hotel for my friends.. i and my brothers had enjoyed by our condition there .. starting from the reception guy was friendly with us to the housekeeper was so clean and the food is very testy and the chifs are experts .. the only report is gonna be for the animation team and with specific one ( Samy ) was very uncooperative with us he was playing only no egptyian songs and when he sees us dancing with the egyptian song he fastly change the song but the other guys were cooperation .. another report for the bar guy ( Hesham he is fat a little and short) he is so semp i suggest reject him .. but overall rate is 9.5 / 10 i enjoyed and that wasn't my first accommodation there and will not being the last ♥️

Tres bon Rapport qualité- prix. Les coraux du côté de la plage du centre de plongée sont fabuleux. La chambre est gigantesque.

La chambres est tres grande avec un salon et un coin cuisine. Mais tres étonnant qu'il n'y aucun ustensiles. La télévision ne capte pas de chaines. Sinon , le rapport qualite prix est excellent. Les coraux sont abimés mais on y croise des tortues.

Villaggio posizionato su baia splendida. Barrierra coralliba accessibile dalla spiaggia e baia con tartarughe.

Estube SUPER,un cuarto magnifico,comodo, limpio! Nada deben mejorar,y muy bien organizado. (solo una cosa dira,menos aguados los jugos)gracias

Struttura datata ma curata. Il mangiare c’è da accontentarsi , anche se quello che c’è è cucinato abbastanza bene . Animazione coinvolgente e mare stupendo . Con sabbia e barriera corallina

فندق جيد جدا والاكل رائع اتمني الافضل منهم دائما لان الفندق والموقع يستحق كنا اصدقاء استمتعنا كثيرا بالنسبة للبحر رائع مليان بالشعب المرجانية الجذابه بالوانها المختلفة والاسماك بمختلف انواعها هذه الزيارة الثالثه لهذا الفندق

The hotel is well organised & all staff are so kind, helpful & smiley, the 3 times buffet include many varieties with very good taste, thanks for chefs, really enjoyed the swimming pool with par includes many varieties of beverages & snakes, the gym hall is good & well facilitated, animation team doing a good job but they need to be more supported with other art team especially during evening like the belly dancer whom introducing the show only once weekly. but in general with my family we enjoyed our stay very much.

I'm so disappointed that tye hotel refuse to gave me a tax invoice with all the paid amount deducting 20% claiming they didn't receive from hotels.com, unfortunately no local call center for hotels.com or direct communication with them except for the auto reply which was not useful

I was given an out of service room that had nothing in it, not even a tv in living room. No housekeeping service at all. I was promised a bathrobe and never got one!

La spiaggia ok Camere da ristrutturare Migliorare la cucina

La posizione della struttura è ottima.. Soprattutto per quanto riguarda la spiaggia che essendo in una baia è molto riparata dal vento e ci si sta veramente bene e ci si può sempre bagnare perché il rife è a distanza... Il personale del servizio taxi che si trova all interno dell hotel è a dir poco spettacolare... Disponibile.. Cordiale.. Parla italiano e aiuta per ogni tipo di problema... L unica grande pecca dell hotel per noi italiani è il mangiare... Bisogna accontentarsi di riso e pane.... Un grande peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe tutto al top..

Pulizia, cibo internazionale ma buono (la pasta era cotta abbastanza bene), personale educato e disponibile, animazione presente con adulti e soprattutto con i bambini. La baia, punto di forza del resort con coralli e pesci a portata di mano. Nel complesso consiglio vivamente di andare all'aurora Bay resort.

Ottima struttura per qualità / prezo camere molto ampie bella la zona piscine spiaggia di terra battuta mare cristallino con fondo sabbioso bevande spesso servite a temperatura ambiente! cibo nella media con altri resort ( non sei in italia )

Spiaggia bella con bellissima barriera corallina facilmente raggiungibile. Camere spaziose però sia le camere che il resort invece da ristrutturare

La cosa migliore è sicuramente il personale, molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico, sia del resor sia delle associazoni che ci lavorano all'interno ( Easyway taxi e Duck Superior). Le cose che, a mio avviso, hanno bisogno di più cura sono l'animazione e la varietà del cibo.

Vacanza perfetta Grazie mille a tutti , reception sempre molto gentili ,SPA bravissimi e simpatici in particolare Bruno , Spiaggia sempre pulita e sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta , Bar e Ristorante le bevande andrebbero un pochino più fredde , il mangiare buono , siamo in Egitto non a casa !! camerieri simpatici e professionali .Camera pulita tutti i giorni, con una mancia si ha un attenzione maggiore , acqua in bottiglia in camera. Ringraziamo in particolare modo Mohamed che ci ha organizzato la vacanza , dal arrivo in aeroporto a spiaggia Abudabab ,Luxor spettacolare , Grazie a Moji guida in lingua italiana , grazie anche a Monti con Duck Superior per la bellissima escursione nella barriera corallina e tartarughe marine , poi abbiamo fatto escursione in quad con eagle safari bravi tutti. insomma consigliamo questa struttura Grazie !!!
