位置非常好👍服务热情乐于助人，老板讲英语，伙计心地善良诚实！设施不够好，环境嘈杂，但这就是埃及。

Great comfortable hotel close to Egyptian museum and metro station. Friend staff - John, Andrew, and Niven are all very helpful and nice. Lots of local shisha cafe close by. Breakfast is also very good.

Very convenient and clean

因为我订了两晚，提供了接机服务，司机不错，不过司机把我放下后没讲明白到底怎么到酒店，因为酒店是在二楼，而电梯是到不了的，我在电梯上下了几回没找着，后来问了楼下的人才知道要走楼梯。 酒店内部干净，但是外面楼梯是非常脏的。 我是三人房，房间很大，内部还是舒适的，但是不能开窗，临街，非常吵。 早餐一般。 WIFI不好用。 酒店工作人员一直推荐根本不适合我的行程，我说了我只有一天时间，还要去博物馆和市场，然后他却推荐我去2个半小时车程外的亚历山大市，好让我包他们的车，这点让我不快。我定了他们送机场的车，开价也比较高，想着他们免费接机了，也就算了。

We stayed at hostgram for 2 night, room is bigger than we expected, restroom is clean as well, manager JOHN took care us very well, being thoughtful and kind, make sure everything were comfortable for us, and help us a lot, he gave all the tourist information clearly, we definitely had a great time in Cairo, and came back to stay here again.

Location is good, breakfast is nice, staffs are friendly.

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn ihr zentral wohnen möchtet, ohne ein Vermögen auszugeben. Marco und sein Team sind mega nett und sehr unkompliziert. Man findet immer eine gute Lösung! Ob Frühstück im Schwesterhotel, Kofferaufbewahrung oder Tipps für das Abendessen. Alles ist ein wenig entspannter! Nichts für Reisehyperhektiker 😉.

The service was simply excellent. We got a nice welcome drink and snack while waiting for our room to be ready (before check-in time), as well as some good tips for places to see and eat in. The stuff was very friendly and even discouraging you from tipping, which felt like a breath of fresh air and made the hospitability feel genuine. The room was.spottless-clean as was the whole place. We only had 1 night here, but we would definitely stay here again next time in Cairo.

Overall a decent hotel in the heartbeat of the old city and shows character. The television did not work and the internet was hit and miss but we managed. They also provide a simple breakfast in the morning

If you are looking for a budget accomodation, than this hostel is great( not sure why it is advertised on Expedia as luxury guesthouse, when sign in the property saying Hostgram Hostel). Overall it's a nice accomodation. We liked our big room with balcony overlooking Talaat Harb Street( it might be too noisy for some people, bear in mind that this street is very busy with cars all the time, but we didn't mind that). Breakfast is basic. Well when we asked about breakfast, we were told by the girl in reception that it's Egyptian beans, falafel, cheese etc, but then she brought us only boiled eggs, triangle cheese, jam, bread and tomatoes with cucumber. When asked where are beans and falafel, she said it's not allowed in the hostel....yet 20 minutes later, when we left our room, she was sitting in the reception with other guests offering them beans and falafel? Do they give different breakfast to different guests depending who they like? Never mind, we wouldnt eat it anyway, but no need to be so obvious. I think the best of all is the location of this place, opposite is a famous bakery so you can get your baked goods and cakes there and round the corner is great coffee shop called SIP. Also this hostel is based on first floor, so not really suitable for those with mobility problems as I am not sure if the lift works.

The hotel wasn’t clean the mattress very bad not comfortable at all Bathroom was dirty not clean panting there is water leak, door lock very bad keep jamming the staff friendly but that’s not enough to make me go back again

I didn’t receive the room I paid for, they basically held me hostage and said I can cancel or change my room after one night. Mind you the room was like a closet and the shower was basically a hose sticking out of the wall next to the toilet. I had paid for a queen and twin room. I had no choice but to stay. The next day I tried canceling through Expedia. The manage pretended not to know English or just didn’t answer their phone while looking me in the eye. Do not go here, I felt unsafe and Expedia was not able to issue me a refund. Expedia has no control of their partners.

Took us to different hotel. Noisy area.

The room could benefit from a visit of plumber and electrician, but for 25 €/per night, I’m not complaining. The location is excellent and I felt the place is safe and convenient.

Bad quality Hotel. Front desk tried to steal my passport. They did not give my passport back after check in.

"Deluxe" room stank of smoke, had an ensuite with a partial wall and a toilet over the shower, the sink was leaky and the room was right next to reception. I checked out in the middle of the night because I didn't feel that I was safe from the taxi driver who dropped me off - he had written down my name and hotel and told me he wanted to sleep with me. I checked out within an hour of checking in and the hotel are refusing to refund my stay when I didn't use their facilities. Stay away!

Comfortable, friendly staff, well located.

The hotel has good location - easy to reach from Go bus station and to the Museum, has good cafes nearby. We had a room for 3 persons. It was large and had a balcony with nice view to the street. The room was not very clean - the floor was dusty, spots on the blankets. There was meal and drinks left by the previous visitors in the fridge. Still the host Marco and managers on the reception were very hospitable and helpful. There were no problem with the water or the light. Wi fi connection was good. There’s very noisy street under the balcony, but after a tour to Pyramids we have no problem with sleep. Breakfast was simple but quite all right for us - yogurt, bread, cheese, eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers. There’s a kitchen in the hotel, if you want to make tea or warm some meal. To sum it up the hotel is quite all right to stay for a day or two.
