提供的浴巾是濕的，像是從公共浴室拿來的 房間床鋪有跳蚤 臨馬路窗戶有關跟沒關是一樣的吵，隔音極差，櫃檯聊天都聽到 電梯必須有門卡，出入極不方便 要入住者請三思，極不建議入住此間房子

Personale estremamente cortese, simpatico e disponibile...stanza ed albergo senza troppe pretese, ma essenzionel.... posizione buona.

It’s def not the ritz but the staff is very kind. I’ve stayed in a lot worse places over the years but they could def improve on cleanliness. The bathroom smelled terrible. But location is good and the price is very fair. Very close to Tahrir square in downtown and a good place to stay if you are visiting the Giza pyramids as a budget traveler

This is one of the most great hostels I stayed in The staff are very friendly and helpful specially anas he is really helping me so much The place is totally clean and they care so much of what you need the price also is really good for the service they provide I totally will come again and recommend it for all my friends

Not prospered as a hotel for necessities of a traveller

El lugar tiene una inmejorable ubicación cerca del museo egipcio y del centro, tiene vistas de la cuidad muy bonitas, el personal súper amable, la habitación adecuada con lo necesario excelente relación calidad-precio.

We stayed here for 10 hours awaiting a 1am bus to Luxor. Staff was great but everything else not so. No internet. No towels or toilet paper. Bed ugly and ceiling paint falling down. Need refund. Ouch

We like this hostel overall , but we don't like the check-in process, as the hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, no access from the ground floor unless you have an access card, which you'll get after you check-in. Free breakfast is served, with great coffee and tea, basic but nice. Parking is right by the street, but you need luck to find one.

My stay was GREAT. Aya and the staff were very nice. They offer directions and local attractions to visit. Every morning we received breakfast and very friendly customer service.

كل المميزات والفخامة ورقي التعامل لايكفي لوصف عظمه هذا المكان راحه وهدوء وسعادة كل شئ متوفر ويتميز موقع المكان بقربه من كل ما تتمناه حتي السفارات والمصالح الحكومية ولديهم فريق عمل ذو خبره كبيره علي مدار ٢٤ ساعه تجد ما لم تجده في منزلك واخلاق وتعاملهم وكانهم أهل لك في ترحابهم لن تستطيع وصف السعادة والراحة في هذا المكان ولن تفكر في اقامه القاهره الا في بيت الفخامة والرقي أنفتيشن هوتل شكرا جزيلا للإدارة المتميزة والتنظيم وفريق الإستقبال

Hotel totally not good

Ein sehr gutes Hostel Ich war schon 5mal dort gewesen und Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und fragen immer ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich werde immer sehr gern wieder kommen 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

There was no breakfast, as they said breakfast including, the hotel located in one level of big building, not separated building, the people that working over there are lovely staff. Its ok generally.

The location very good The sttaf too they are very helpful I enjoyed there too much it was just one day i wilsh i could stay longer but i know i will come back for sure
