This hotel has great value for money. I was very well greeted upon arrival by a Desk Manager (Mr. Ibrahim) who was always making sure that I'm having a comfortable stay. The room, which is standard, overlooked a beautiful garden with high Palm trees. The housekeeping was v. good (especially Mr. Samir). The food is OK. The hotel is a bit far from Heliopolis center. Nonetheless, Uber service is available w/o a problem. Overall, I liked the hotel and intend to visit again.

Check out wasn’t nice was unprofessional.paid everything even I handed my room bar list and asked any thing else (no )after 15 minutes setting at front patio. Front desk sent the bellman the card machine asking to bay some things. Wasn’t nice to go back front some guests around me . Was impressed.

Everyone was so helpful! Great shuttle to airport, felt safe. Gym didn’t look much like the pics. Everything seemed broken. That disappointed me a lot cuz i wanted good exercise before the long plane trip. Bathroom near gym/pool also seemed broken in ways.
Everything else was great. Restaurant was great. Good food. Nice people!

It was a wonderful experience for me at Ramses Hilton Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the stay was comfortable for two weeks, and the price was suitable for the stay. The most beautiful thing about it was the manager: Mrs. Ramanda. She is a sophisticated person in dealing with customers and has sufficient experience in her field of work. I thank her very much.

Lovely hotel and some of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast staff were attentive and took constructive criticism on board. Room was cleaned and tidied very well. We stayed for four nights, and had a great time.
