Weitläufige Anlage, und kein riesen Koloss, zu Fuss leicht zu erreichen gleich nach der Grenze. Sehr freundliches Personal, von Check-in bis zum Speisesaal. Großzügige Buffets, Halbpension sehr zu empfehlen. Alle sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was a lovely 4 nights. Hope to come back next year

4 day family vacay - great value for money Teenagers dud a scuba course and toddler had a ball at the childrens playplace Food was ok

El hotel es bonito, los empleados muy amables y la comida muy buena. Lo recomiendo mucho para vacaciones en familia.

The check-in process was very complicated and we waited on hold for over an hour. The service is unpleasant, the chefs in the dining room are impatient and do not respond to what is requested. The food is very average and repeats itself throughout the meals

We went only for a night, for my mom's birthday and everything was beautiful. The staff specially Fadel were so kind, respectful and super helpful with everything. The beach and pool are clean and the food was sublime.

Alles,was man sich von einem Poolurlaub erwartet.Sauber,lecker,sehr freundlicher Service.Einzig etwas mehr Schattenplätze in den Pools würde uns als Verbesserungsvorschlag einfallen.

Very kind, friendly and smiling staff! Amazing and delicious food. We stayed in a bungalow which was very clean and spacious. The surroundings of the hotel and the pools are clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back again!

It was a great vocation. the hotel rooms are big but shower room is not so fancy. Good food at the restaurant morning and evening. The hotel service and management were great.

We had a great 2 night stay and could not believe how nice the hotel was given the incredibly low price - not sure if it was due to the time of year. Great spot to go scuba diving/snorkeling and enjoy time with family! Short walk to the Aquaworld dive school center which I highly recommend for beginner/instructional diving.

Lovely stay. Staff were very nice, at times tho queues in reception were way too long (30min to check in). Room was big and comfy, clean, yet outdated. Food in all-included was ok. Went to a few restaurants in the hotel premises and lived them. Spa was lovely too. Overall value for money- really recommend!

El SPA !Terrible!, Adquirimos un paquete de una hora y media y solo recibimos una hora. Las instalaciones no cuentan con batas ni pantuflas especiales para un piso resbaladizo y peligroso. Tampoco en la habitación.No tienen claro que es un SPA, pues no respetan los espacios de privacidad de las mujeres. Al cobro le aplican un porcentaje adicional por pagar con tarjeta de crédito. La selección de vinos la calidad es malísima. La comida muy regular. A pesar que el hotel cuenta con muy lindas instalaciones el SPA afectó nuestras espectativas.

The hotel is excellent and courteous service of all staff The large and luxurious bungalow rooms. Rooms are clean and the spa also has a team of very professional therapists and the service is excellent
