All the employees are great pleasant and nice, I know them by name and they knew me by name all of them smily and approachable

Siamo stati benissimo. Il personale del albergo molto premuroso e gentile. Tutti i servizi sono di ottima qualità, ci piaciuto anche la cucina, molto buona e varia. Il mare è vicinissimo, 5 minuti a piedi. Torneremo volentieri in questo posto meraviglioso.

First I should say the staff are lovely, it’s not their fault but this is a hotel that has its best days long behind it. It’s tired, and in desperate need of renovation. During my stay one of the main pools had no water and was cordoned off with warning signs around it - and that’s the view I had from my room. Whilst the bed was okay, surfaces were sticky from lack of cleaning, I had ants eating something off of the floor to give you an idea of how unclean it was. The bathroom was old and hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. There was black mould growing around the sink tap, in the shower and around the bath. Food was extremely limited, what was there was of poor quality and was tailored for the Russians who were the vast majority of the patrons. The beach, which is a considerable walk away, has photos which are misleading, there’s no real space on it as all of the loungers are crammed in with the patrons smoking everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re from the West.

The stay was decent overall, though I was only there for a day trip. However, I noticed a significant level of exploitation. They charged over 1600 for cleaning just a few clothing items with express delivery, fully aware that my flight was the next day. They marked up their fees by 100% despite me stating I just want it 2 hours earlier he said it’ll come 5 pm exactly with the normal charge which is actually very high.

Oda geniş, iki çift kişilik yatak vardı. Odalar temiz. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Her gece iki animasyon ve çocuklar için şarkılar var. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitli. İnternet her yerde çekiyor. Sahil için biraz yürümek gerekiyor ortalama 8-10 dakika. Plaj kumlu, su çok berrak ve deniz mükemmel. Mayıs ayında sicaklik ideal ancak turlar için biraz rüzgarlı olabilir. havuz derinliği ve genişliği yetersiz. ilave olarak bir dalga havuzu ve üç kaydıragij indigi havuz var. A la cart olarak İtalyan mutfağını seçtik et çok iyiydi, pizza da iyi olabilirdi.

Amazing stay all the staff looked after us except on reception when we were going We were told we had to pay 10 euro each for our 5 missing towel cards . I think this was a deliberatete to get extra money off us, we were never told that if the cards were lost we would need to pay extra money

Small hotel, but doesnt feel crowded. Food: good variety/ quality everyday, specially desert, but it's almost the same everyday(except one day they had seafood),so after a 7 night stay you might feel a little bored. Staff: moslty all nice specially the life guards &the restaurant waiters so hardworking& always smiling, some at the pool bar were rude, also the front desk manager which I dont think he's in the right spot doesnt know a thing about smiling. Rooms: clean& spacious we requested a ground floor room overlooking the pool which we were granted. Kettle, tea &instant coffee refilled daily One situation that happened with us that was frustrating: someone stole our towels when were having lunch, it shouldve been the hotels problem to get us the towel, however we lost sleep over it. The pool guards reassured us that the entire place is covered with cameras &to go check the footage at the FD, when we went, FD manager first claimed its not his problem and that he doesnt have cameras there, after insisting he checked the videos, spotted the guest that did it, after 24 hours of having us go back and forth a lot he finally knew the guest's room, and to our surprise he called us& asked us to talk to this guest &then he left!! How is this our problem? You spot a thief in your hotel& you tell me to handle it just because it was MY TOWEL? So unprofessional. Aside from the FD that I saw were not helpful or flexible, our stay was pleasant and we extended one more night.

Most amazing and best hotel service in Sharm, good staff and amazing managal restaurant, best animation team, music in pool area was active, everything was perfect

L’hôtel est immense et le personnel serviable (sans qu’ils vous demandent des tips ce qui est rare en Égypte). Par contre le petit déjeuner est dégueu. Néanmoins, je reviendrai car c’est bien situé, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées et la piscine est agréable.

The food was poor; and it was incredibly noisy. Disappointing.

For me the room was suitably clean and comfortable, however there was some mildew staining from water damage in one of the bathrooms that might be too displeasing for some future guests. All the appliances were in good working condition. Sometimes the card key mechanism was buggy, but in any case it was easy to get the new card key from the reception desk. The swimming pool was refreshing, and kids will love the slides and wave pool - but unfortunately for safety reasons the pool and beach access is unavailable after sundown.

فندق من اول الباركينج و الناس بشوشه جدا الريسيبشن الاستاذ محمد اللي عملي تشيك ان و تشيك اوت ذوق جدا و محترم جدا البسين و الاكوا بارك فوق الروعه ب شويه الأنيميشن هايل الجاردات علي البسين مركزين جدا حقيقي شابوه ليهم الاكل جميل جدا ولكن محتاج بعض من التنوع لكي يصبح مفيش احسن من كده لكن الاكل طعمه حلو علي طول و مش بيوجع البطن زي فنادق تانيه مثلا الحفلات كل يوم حفله مجانيه ليلا جميله بسين الامواج محترم الفندق داخل خليج نعمه ف كل شي قريب منك البحر جميل جدا و مياه صافيه و جميله بجد حبيت الفندق و حبيت الناس كلها هناك كل البارات الشباب فيها لذيذه و جميله و يخترعو مشروبات عشان يبسطوك شكر خاص لل بيل مان و لل الاستاذ مجدي و الاستاذ بكر في ال هاوس كيبينج شكر خاص لجميع العاملين والله
