とてもキレイな部屋でした。スタッフの方々もみなさん親切でした。 最初はアブシンベル神殿に行ければいいか、くらいに思っていましたが早朝のボートクルーズをリーズナブルな価格で提案してくださったのでそちらに参加することにしました。結果、とてもよかったです。早朝の水上から見るアブシンベル神殿やその周りの景色はとても美しく、エジプト旅行全体の中でも特に印象に残るものとなりました。

Estuve en tres ciudades de Egipto. El Cairo, Luxor y Abu Simbel. Aqui fue el mejor hotel excelente atención y servicio. El desayuno es super rico y variado el restaurante maneja varias opciones en el menú muy delicioso. El Personal es super atento todos.. En la recepción nos atendió Ali y siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar en todo desde opciones de turismo alimentación transporte. La limpieza del lugar es impecable, las habitaciones limpias cómodas. Ninguna queja todo super Lo recomiendo 100%

La chambre au dernier étage étant très chaude, obligé de laisser la clim la nuit. Sinon très confortable avec minibar gratuit( fruits, 2 bouteilles d'eau,2 sodas Le repas était trés bon : soupe plat et salade de fruits fraîche 9€. Personnel très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service . Pour info possibilité de profiter de la piscine du Seti hotel pour 1000livres egyptiennes

I loved staying at the New Abu Simbel hotel. The facilities are brand new, clean, and well maintained. The manager and staff were super friendly and helpful. Transport was efficient and well priced. The hotel arranged entry to the sound and light show at the temples. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very tasty. Mohammed and his staff really made my short stay a wonderful experience.

The hotel seems very new and is very clean. I’ve never met a staff that worked so hard to meet our needs. The location is about a 5 minute ride from the Abu Simbel entrance. The food was good and the portions were generous. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra. We booked a sunset cruise and Abu Simbel Temple light show through the hotel. The price was fair and the cruise was great. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price.

The room was very clean. It wasn’t large, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in it so it didn’t matter to us. The staff are super! They purchased light show and general admission tickets for our visit to the Temples. They have transportation too - Tuk tuk’s. We had dinner there - very enjoyable. The free breakfast is plated, hot and cold servings along with juice and coffee or tea. Great value!

日本人が日本のホテルに宿泊するのと同じ感覚で泊まれました。 新しくて、きれいで、立地も良くて、スタッフの方達も親切でした。 オーナーさんが経営してるレストランもとてもおいしかったです。宿泊者は10%割引もありました。 アブシンベルの宿を探している方がいたら本当にこちらのホテルをお勧めします。私もまたゆっくり泊まりたい。 心からお勧めします！！！

Habitacion muy limpia, el servicio del personal excelente y ubicacion muy buena.

This was more like staying with family than at a hotel - in a good way! We were taken care of the whole time, including them arranging a private car (lovely new car) transfer from Aswan and back, tickets for the sound and light show, a sunset boat ride by the Abusimble temple and 2 wonderful meals in the hotel restaurant.

아부심벨 신전과는 거리가 조금 있어 도보 이동은 힘든 편이지만, 호텔에서 유료 이동 서비스를 제공해줍니다. 숙소는 깔끔하게 관리되어 있고, 오너와 직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 투숙객들이 불편함 없이 머물 수 있도록 세심하게 신경 쓰는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 호텔에서 진행한 프라이빗 보트 투어는 이번 여행에서 가장 좋았던 경험 중 하나였습니다. 여유롭게 아부심벨 신전을 감상하며, 일몰을 즐길 수 있어 매우 특별했습니다.

安心できるホテルです。 色々プレゼントをしてくれて、またこれも費用が知らない間に乗るのかとこれまでのエジプトで過ごした経験から不安になりましたが本当にプレゼントでした。 とても優しく丁寧に細かくケアしてくれる素晴らしいホテルスタッフです。 アブシンベルホテルまでタクシーが捕まらないと言ったら、ホテルの人が片道2ドルで送迎してくれました。価格もアプリのタクシーと変わらず、良かったです。 ご飯も美味しいです。

This hotel was lovely. The staff were kind and very accommodating. The room was clean and absolutely beautiful. The stained glass windows and the Nubian decor added authenticity to this modern hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and I wish we had been able to stay longer!

I arrived on a morning flight from Cairo to Abu Simbel and during a stopover in Aswan I called the hotel and asked if they had a transfer from the airport. No problem and there was one of them waiting for me. My short stay continued that way at their beautifully decorated hotel with friendly staff everywhere, who also arranged a tuk-tuk transfer (could also choose a car) to the temple in Abu Simbel. Tasty food and good breakfast, clean and nice, simply perfect.

Mohamed the owner was amazing, such a passionate and kind person explaining his culture to us. He has a whole private collection of artefacts passed on to him from his ancestors which he happily shares stories of. He also organises rides to the temple via sea and land. The food at the restaurant was amazingly delicious, we had the tajin and mixed grill beautifully spiced and yum! Mustafa and Ali were welcoming with their hospitality and guiding us through our stay. This is a hidden oasis at Abu Simbel and I highly recommend staying here for the night to experience the magnificent temples both at night and sunrise. Shukran for a wonderful stay, from your Aussie mates!

The property and owner were excellent. Unfortunately, one of the staff was not. Took our dinner order at check-in so we did not have to wait in the evening as we had wanted to go to a show. Then promptly forgot to place it. We had to wait 30 minutes for it, then they brought us the wrong order after we had confirmed several times, including pointed to the item itself on the menu. He also kept hovering around us incessently asking questions. At that point, we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. That staff harassed us, and I mean incessantly harassed us to go to the show we no longer wanted to attend. Finally after getting fed up, we agreed just to get him off our backs. We were so tired and frustrated that we didn't even enjoy the show. The owner did go out of his way fir us and was very nice but that staff was too pushy and annoying. He didn't understand that people need their space.
