五星級飯店盡然會沒熱水！ 告知櫃檯兩次間隔一個小時沒人處理只好洗冷水 隔天早上也是冷水澡 結合外面無照不肖旅遊業者欺騙遊客 真的失望

the location is not good, far away from the city center, but they have shuttle bus on the schedule, you can check it first, the room was very nice, and they have a very nice infinite swimming pool, we like it so much, just near the Nile.

it is an old hotel and located on an Isis Island, they have motor boat every 15minutes, very esay for the guest to go to the main land Aswan. but when we were there, may be we were coming there in the peak season, so only one of it's swimming pool was open, and I book the Nile view room(actually they said all the room can see the Nile), but really it depands, our room was at the first floor, what we saw is just the trees outside. but it's not a big problem, the stuff was very nice they speak very good English. but the dinner buffet was not good! you should improve it, we went to Movenpik to take our dinner everyday

Lovely location of the hotel which is on a small island surrounded by the Nile river. A ferry is available 24/7 every 30 minutes. The hotel has multiple swimming pools and numerous restaurants. We ate at the Italian restaurant, excellent service. The hotel room we occupied was large with 2 double beds.

Hotel with great location in an artificial island . Staff friendly and helpful. Good food . Rooms needs remodeling because looks old and stained. Amenities not always works appropriately. Anyway I consider this hotel a good place for briefs stays at the city.

Stunning hotel that feels like luxury for a very reasonable price. Beatifully located on an island setting but with frequent water taxi' as to avoid inconvenience. Staff friendly & helpful.

Beautiful hotel on an island on the Nile. The staff is friendly, the food was good, the amenities were great! Shopkeepers were perfect for all your Egyptian souvenir needs. Yacub in the jewelry store is an amazing man that loves his customers! Spend some time talking jewelry and stay for the tea.

Good location, need somehow certain remodeling.

Belle vue sur les chambres donnant côté ouest, belle piscine, trajet gratuit en bateau pour rejoindre l'île agréable. Tout le reste est à revoir : - chambres salles, draps douteux - coupures d'électricité, problème de disjoncteur voire court circuit dans la chambre, - 50% de l'hôtel est à l'abandon total ou en état de délabrement avancé. Les options "chalet" n'existent en réalité pas. Uniquement les chambres du 5e étage sont refaites. Nous avons du changer 3 fois de chambre lors de notre séjour...

Good hotel but old need to be well maintained more than that

El hotel está un poco más viejo de lo que parece. Sin embargo cumple Lo que no me gustó es que para llegar tienes que tomar un barco que el hotel te proporciona pero dependes de ellos para que llegue, no recomiendo su restaurante comida muy básica y no hay restaurantes ni nada cerca. El hotel está totalmente alejado del resto.
