Room was spacious, lots of amenities

My niece was sexually abused by one of the savoy staff when we got back home we took her to the doctors and they confirmed there were bruises. We are si disappointed this happened at a five star hotel to a young girl only 14 years.

Ok hotel. Wouldn’t say it’s 5*. Decent and clean. Good access to soho square (literally outside hotel). Old town and Naama Bay worth a visit. Use InDrive app, very good

We chose this hotel specifically because it was not advertised as an all-inclusive, expecting a quieter and more flexible experience. However, the overall atmosphere felt very much like an all-inclusive resort. The hotel was extremely busy, with a large number of families and children, which made common areas like the pool and main restaurant quite crowded and noisy. The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch (not sure), and dinner in a buffet-style format, very similar to all-inclusive operations. While there are à la carte restaurants available, the options are quite limited, and securing a reservation can be challenging due to high demand. If you’re looking for a more peaceful or adult-oriented experience, this may not be the ideal choice. However, families with children might find the setup more suitable for their needs. Staff was friendly and kind. Location is nice.

We had a small issue during our stay. The manager definitely went above and beyond to help us out. We will return to this resort.

Generous rooms, generous balconies. Beach, restaurants, close to Soho Square. Good atmosphere, nice staff.

This is a beautiful property. Loved the pools, flowers and dock. The breakfast buffet is great. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and well kept. Perfect place to relax.

Hands down one of the best hotels in Sharm el sheikh

We loved our stay. The crew was fantastic. Very professional and welcoming. I would like to mention the following people by name to show our appreciation: - Mafdy ( reception). - Francis ( crew member). - Ayad ( beach). - Remon ( Tirana restuarant , special thanks). - Christina,Martina,Wael,Hassan,Shenouda ( Tirana restaurant). The room was clean. Soho square was amazing. I would like to add few suggestions: - A Microwave in the room can be a good option for any family. - The pool was little cold in the afternoon - Soho square dancing founatin needs an upgrade to match the music. - A shuttle is needed to reach Naama Bay. The hotel can arrange few trips. In general, we had an amazing vacation, beach activities were so much fun, food was delicious. thanks to all SOHO crew. Fady

Overall, the hotel offers luxury, very nice heated pools, great beach and access to SOHO for entertainment. However the biggest issue was the quality of dining at the main restaurant as the food was dry and tasteless. Only the desert table was exceptional. Breakfast was fine though. The other issue that I had was with the stairs that are prone to misstep and there were other lousy design issues that contradicted with the overall nice architecture of the complex.

Great place and service.

This is a great hotel and pretty exceptional value. Service levels are high and overall we we were happy. In terms of things to improve, rooms are now feeling tired and in need of renovation, and food quality in the buffet is much lower in standard than when we last visited 10 years ago. It’s such a shame as the kitchens here are superb (we visited them for a brilliant kids cookery class when we last stayed), as are the willingness of the staff, who are great. They just prepare too much food, especially meats, and let it dry out so it loses texture and flavour. Easily fixed! An alternative is to eat at the many alacarte restaurants in SoHo Square just outside. Overall though, this is a good choice, better than others like Sunrise Arabian etc., and great value, it just could be better with a few changes by the owner.

Everything was in walking distance. The vibe was excellent! Definitely will be coming back!!

I found the staff a bit rude when I first got to the hotel and actually tried to cancel my stay and move to another hotel. Upon hearing this, the front manager Hisham was very swift in contacting me to resolve any issues I had with the room and service I had received. He is the only reason I decided to continue with my stay at Savoy Sharm and actually I’m glad I did because the hotel itself wasn’t too bad and was conveniently located next to Soho square which has a number of food and entertainment places. Not sure I’d stay again as I didn’t feel the place was a good reflection of a 5* property. The restaurants on site were very average with the food.
