Are you even kidding me!? The reviews are false! the rooms are not as you see. They are mouldy, dirty and some are windowless, AC is totally broken and all the rooms smell like cigarette! it is so filthy and disgusting. Stay away if you can! The maintenance is unkept and no lifts. It is a disgrace to call this a room for paying customers. Makes a mockery of the buyer! wifi in the lobby only! Mouldy bathrooms, ceiling is peeling off, the fixtures and some showers don't work. Toilets don't flush! OMG! Hotels.com should have a duty of care to make sure the pictures reflect the actual room you are given on arrival!

Ce n est pas parce que on ne paye pas cher qu on doit avoir des draps sales non changé , des câbles pendus lumière insuffisante dans la chambre , hôtel en dégradation, aucun effort. Éviter de manger en face c est de l arnaque . Per contre il est bien placé.

Hotel is value for what i paid. Location is just in the middle of the city. We can reach very easily to everywhere.

とても親切にしてもらいました。ツアーの営業もありますが、結果的に助かりました。朝食もとても美味しかった！またルクソールに行く事があれば、こちらにお世話になりたいです。本当にありがとう。

Standort 100% .. Preise 100% .. Service 100% .. freundlich personal .. besonders der junge mann Mohamed in Rezeption er ist hilfreich und immer telefonisch erreichbar kann er auch sehr gut Preise für den Aktivitäten fast 50% in vergleich mit dem ändern

여행다니기 편리한장소임 가격대비 많은 만족감있음 다만 저녁에 소음이 많음 차량이 많이 다니고 길거리에서 음악소리가 크게들림 하지만 전체적으로 가격에 비하면 만족도 컸음

Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Super bien placé. Personnel aux petits soins pour nous. Les chambres basiques mais très bien. Fortement recommandé!

I had a nice stay at this Hostel. I enjoyed the location and it certainly was value for money. My only disappointment was on leaving. I had a flight to catch and had a prearranged vechicle booked fir 9am . My flight was at 10:45. The car was late in arriving and I was concerned. They had me believing that it would take 45 minutes to get to the airport and that check-in closed one hour prior to departure. So I ended up taking a taxi they arranged at a set price of 145 Egyptian pounds. I challenged them about the price, but was assured this was correct. Wrong! The rude to the airport took 12 minutes and check-in closed 30 minutes prior to departure. The taxi should only have cost 30 pounds! So this was dishonest and very disappointing. I would suggest that if you stay here, don't trust them to organise any tours or the like.

オプショナルツアーについて聞いたら、ほかの代理店の方が値段が安かった。 頼んだことが1度で伝わらないこともあったが、基本的にスタッフはすごく良くしてくれました。 ルクソール神殿までも徒歩数分。 スークはお土産屋ばかりのツーリストマーケットだが、宿から駅方向に行くとリーズナブルなレストランもあり、便利な立地です。

ルクソールの中心地にあり、便利な立地ですが、夜中まで賑やか。部屋によっては、騒音がましになるようなので、相談するといいと思います。建物は古く、お湯の調整が難しいですが、聞けばわかります。Wi-Fiが部屋でも使えたら更に良いです。 ルクソールには強引な客引もいますが、こちらのスタッフは、親切でした。飲み物を勧めてくれたり、不足しているものは無いか聞いてくれて、できる限りのおもてなしをしていただきました。
