酒店附近範圍是寧靜而安全的，步行至車站亦只是數分鐘路程，相對方便。然而，我在使用洗衣機後，因發現機門未能打開，故請酒店人員幫忙，但卻被要求等待至第二天早上才可安排維修人員到來處理，令衣服被迫留至機內整個晚上；且酒店人員第二天到來時，更意圖指摘是我們弄壞洗衣機的機門，經我們多番解釋後，事件才能解決，令我們感到有點委屈和不快。

Luxury apartment with 24 hours reception and house keeping. Only 5 minutes walk to underground station and Hyde Park. Adjacent to the museums. My room is on M/F which does not have any view, but is still bright and vey quiet. There are washing machine with drying function and dish washer. However, it will be nice if the tea bags can be refilled and body wash can be provided.

The hotel was clean and when I asked for a better mattress, the hotel staff accommodated with amending the bed so it was very comfortable to sleep. The coffee pods were limited for a couple that need at least 2 cups of coffee to start the day but the hotel staff were generous providing more when asked. Housekeeping was 3 times a week but they refreshed the towels daily. The location of the hotel was perfect between 2 tubs stations. We will be staying here again.

The apartment was clean and cosy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient to get to the South Kensington tube and was walkable to several grocery shops. It was also useful that the apartment had fast laundry and dry-cleaning facilities.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice, very clean. We enjoyed the private patio. The establishment was very close to bus station/tube and walking distance to Kensington and Buckingham palaces. They were very accommodating and attended to our needs and requests. Excellent experience all around!

Near Kensington Palace, there were many other places to visit as well. There are train stations and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. I think it's good for those who prefer a slightly quieter environment.

Excellent location

First and foremost, the noise levels at night were unacceptable. I had multiple nights disturbed by loud stomping from the room above mine, along with the constant sound of crying children. This significantly affected my ability to rest, which is one of the primary reasons for staying at a hotel. Secondly, the condition of the room did not match the images presented online. The decor and amenities were noticeably dated and not up to the standard I was led to expect. Additionally, the housekeeping service was inconsistent at best. On more than one occasion, I had to request basic essentials like towels and shampoo, which should have been replenished automatically during daily service. I chose your hotel based on the assumption of comfort and good service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues for the benefit of future guests.

Highly recommend Everything we needed was provided

All-in-all my experience was an okay one: Cleanliness - Very Good Condition - Very Good Location and Accessibility - Fantastic I even got an upgrade, which was superb. However, the bedroom was on the lower ground floor (almost like in the basement), and so the bedroom in particular had a dank and musty odour.. It was akin to the smell of rising damp that on typically gets in England. I will choose this place again but i will ask for accommodations that are on higher floors.
