The two apartments were in different buildings, next door to each other. Both apartments were up 4 flights of stairs- hard for older people, and difficult for those with big suitcases. We have stayed a few times, and wear and tear shows. We also did not have enough cutlery/ silverware, only 2 sets.

Property was immaculate and everything you would need for a stay. We were on the ground floor at the back however there was a generator at the back of our room on the wall outside that was on all night quite loud so found it difficult to sleep.

We arrived to check in at the Holiday Inn next door where we were informed there was an issue with our booking. Eventually we were told that we had been moved to the hotel and we were given a room each. The reception staff at Holiday Inn were excellent. The communication from 91 Aparthotel was terrible, we were not informed that our booking had been moved to the hotel and had to find out on the day.

The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. One minor gripe - when we set the sofa bed up, the mattress was dirty, covered in dust and food crumbs from the previous stay. Otherwise the apartment is comfortable and in a good location. Would stay again.

The property is filthy- seats etc covered in stains of unmentionable. Kitchen unit broken doors, fridge racks covered in sticky stuff. Room is is also dangerous, we had to reset the electric fuse box every time we returned to the room in order to reset electric supply to the plugs and stove. Room is in the attic top of 8 flights of stairs (no lift)- no fire escape. I'm surprised it passes health and safety requirements. We did tell hotel management and they offered to help us move for the second night into an attic room in the adjoining building. We declined as couldn't face the move after a busy day of work. It's cheap but I wouldn't stay there again nor recommend due to safety concerns and filthy upholstery.

Brilliantly equipped apartments. Sueorb location and really helpful staff. Best stay I've had in ages.

Fine but property a bit tired, no smart functions on a smart tv

The studio was great had everything you could need my only down fall was the flights of stairs we were right in the top of building with loads of stairs It was my own fault I should have checked when booking I thought with it being part of holiday inn there would be a lift

특히 밤, 새벽 사이 근무하신 분들의 친절한 서비스에 감사드려요. 셀프 세탁시설, 노트북과 프린트 사용할 수 있는 라운지가 있어서 무척 편리했구요. 제스몬드 메트로가 가까이 있어서 다니기 편리해요. 호텔 주변 가벼운 산책도 괜찮더라구요. 리셉션 옆에 스타벅스가 있어요! 룸에서 요리하기도 편리해요. 다만 1층이 아니라면 케리어를 운반 하는게 조금 까다로우니 참고하세요.

This was fine for a few nights, however, the property is now looking rather worn compared to the publicity photographs. Cooking facilities are limited (hob and a microwave).

Second stay at this property. Great location.comfortable beds. All the things you need for an apartment stay.

Nice apartment, which was clean and well decorated, beds and pillows were uncomfortable however.

Noisy heating system and water taps , not a quiet building but a fair price. Comfortable beds and clean kitchen utensils and crockery , very good location for our needs. Limited parking spaces just next door at Holiday Inn

Overall it was comfortable, quiet and convenient (with on site parking and location), just felt it was a bit tired in places. Whilst it was relatively inexpensive I still felt the customer ratings felt a little generous.

I booked a 3 room apartment, when I checked in I was put in a 1 bed studio. Very unimpressed.

Good for couples or group travelers. All in all the property is great for location and cost.

Perfect location, easy check in and parking straight outside! Everything you need, spacious and comfy. Holiday Inn next door where you check in we’re so helpful and friendly- could not fault! Only criticism was furniture/carpets were quite stained but for what we paid it was amazing value for money Would definitely book again
