Highly recommend the check in was straight forward car park straight across the road very cheap for 24h. The staff was very polite and helpful the train station and tram stop 5 mins walk down the road 2 mins walk from the Arndale centre will definitely use this hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately we had to celebrate our daughters birthday at this hotel and I requested any special arrangements - this was sadly ignored and

Hotel was good, just a few minor inconviniences in the room - Telephone wires bare, end of units broken and glass toilet door was too big for gap that it banged every time you tried to close it

Clean rooms

Not sure if it’s because I checked in in the evening but the staff members were not very welcoming. The bed was hard as rock and had to check out on the same night to a different hotel. If it’s a one night stay maybe you can work with it but wasn’t comfortable at all for me

Really nice hotel. A bit loud in the morning as the hotel is on a main road but that's just traffic.

Although the aesthetic of the hotel was nice. It was below standard. Shower was damaged, sink was damage ( objects placed to hide said damage). We booked a room for two but they was only towels and toiletries for one.

It was very neat and clean before arrival and the staff gave great customer service!

The front desk experience was less than amazing, especially the gentleman that checked us in was a complete disgrace to your brand. We arrived earlier than expected. Fully understanding that we cannot get checked in. Was hopeful that we would be offered to check our bags and then we would come back later to finalize the room check in. Instead we got met with. It’s too early. Unsure what you were thinking. Unreal and was appalled. We asked a different agent who allowed us to check our bag and took our number so that we could be reached if something opened up. The other agent glared and shrug us off. Beyond upset. Most encounters from that point forward got better. Until he showed back up to work the next day. Met with the same attitude and stand offish ness from said individual. Will not go back.

Très bon hôtel, tout est bien (il manque quand même un double vitrage, en journée, on entend la circulation, mais c'est plus calme la nuit) Accessible à 15 mn à pied de Piccadilly Station et 5 mn de Victoria.

Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. No heating in room so we were given a portable heater to heat our £200 a night room. Still waiting on our deposit for the room. I've never been charged a deposit for a hotel room before on arrival.

Hit with a must pay a £40 breakage deposit at check in - Don’t worry you will get it back Not great it’s 2025 and not notified about this when making the booking

It was ok. Staff not that helpful and friendly and bathroom v small. Not in my mind. Marriott hotel standard
