It is a bed and breakfast hostel with very reasonable price. Self preparing simple breakfast is available in common pantry each flat. Not bad if you would like to live near the university there for business trip.

The customer service was excellent but the facility is not to my taste

The whole building looks fantastic but the apartment I stay was poorly maintained. The painting isn't good enough, the bedding is very poor. Looking around the white bed spread there are some black spots dotted here and there. In the ensuit toilet and showers, there's no provision of toilets handwash, the kitchen available is terribly maintained. The available fridge is stinky and dirty with rotten tomatoes, onion and expired milks and all sorts smelly item. I can't even use the available kettle to boil water for my tea in the morning.

There were hairs in the bed and in the bathroom, food stuff left in cupboards. Sofa had no seat cushions on it so was very uncomfortable.

They advertised breakfast included it was not .. in fact it was located at Trigg hall Claremont misrepresent plus tv had no sat reception but the caretaker was helpful

Quite basic room with en suite. Kitchen facilities a bit dated and need to supply own tea and coffee. Good enough for the price.

From the start it was bad, i was given wrong address, i tried to reach them out for hours to confirm the address, they didnt reply, till just before check in time at 15:00 they sent me a different address from the one in the booking. The building was dirty and smelly from inside . The kitchen was chaos and truly filthy, i couldnt use the kitchen it was realy dirty, you can't touch anything. At night i couldnt sleep because of the noise from next room, and banging and slamming of doors every 5 minutes all night . In the room the chair was discusting full of spots on the seat. There was no hot water in the shower, and the sink was blooked all the time with water standing, i had to use the showerto brush. It was a mistake, i dont recommend this place to anyone, its terrible

Absolutely shocking. Turned up and got given a different address. Once we went to the new place. Totally different apparntment from the one we booked. Absolutely disgusting greeting with misleading address. State of the apartment was disgusting. Broken window, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, cover on the sofa was full of marks, filthy stained curtains. Totall con this was not what w paid for. Absolutely appailing

Staff very attentive and you get what you pay for

It has to be the worst experience in my life! Lights didn’t work! The shower didn’t work, the heating was on timer and not on during night, people shouting and screaming in neighbouring buildings! Someone put brick through main entrance on day we checked out! It wasn’t suitable for students or street people!

Sink leak noisy all night people shouting

Hard to find as it is not at the address given or the name given. Where do I start,after going round in circles then with the help of locals we found it.initially had to park on road/pavement until one of the 4 parking spots became free. Very nice caretaker (Moses)but very hard to get hold of anyone. Having been given 2 numbers to ring to let them know we were arriving…no one answered. Tiny room ( but we expected that. No hand sanitisers (as promised) Had to wait for new lock to be fitted to our door. Exit door blocked our doorway when opened & banged to. Supposedly accessible room ,wouldn’t have got my walker in (so left it in car) No separate sitting area (as promised) Dirty kitchen,food on worktops etc. Cooker job & oven dirty. One of fridge freezer not working. No hot water,cup/mugs or spoons. Room. Reasonably clean. No toiletries (as promised)& only 1 towel. Only 1 bolt holding toilet seat,so it slips. Nothing to hold the shower head. Floor in sower/toilet/sink pod very slippery especially when wet. No plug in the sink & no grab rails(as promised) Room. Small double bed…bedding was clean. Only 2 pillows & no head board,bed head up to radiator. Very large TV. Difficult to sit far enough away to watch it. Only I office type chair with a missing castor,so it fell sideways if you didn’t wedge it up. 2 coathangers but no rail in the wardrobe to hang them on. No tube in the small fluorescent light (dangerous)& only 1 plug socket in the room. Window wa

Firstly i was semt to a different hotel than the one i booke I was then sent to an appartment which was a studio no seperate lounge and kitchen There was no tv and nothimg tk cook or eat with No toiletries given what so eve Not once in 2 weeks did any come to clean or change my bedding I was thinkinf about booking for 6 weeks while inwas waiting for my flat to be ready however the day i wad due to rebook the i decided to go somewhere else The owner is never vontactqble and the deposit is not returned nonone to check you oit Photos are not of the appartmenr either there of different building The guy running this is subletting and if you google him ges been registerex a few rimes as different companies

Conditions at the property were insanitary, with heavily soiled carpet (mat placed on carpet partially concealed this), filthy stained mattress, soiled furniture. Room entrance door/fire door closure was disengaged representing a serious fire risk. Canister of air freshener was provided but did little to remove the foul odour. No breakfast provided. These conditions are of particular concern considering the current public health threat. It is evident that the accommodation is being used by the Home Office to house individuals who are homeless/ in dire personal circumstances. Check out is 3pm and check in from 4.30 however, it is patently obvious the rooms cannot be cleaned in this short period of time and I was asked to arrive as late as possible! This property is in contravention of the Consumer Act!

Terrible Avoid - Received a text message at 5pm on the day I was staying saying due to unforeseen circumstances they were cancelling my booking! I had nowhere to stay and had to find another hotel which due to been last minute cost a fortune.

I booked under the impression i was staying in an apartment, this is actually student accommodation. The photos and address online are of a different place The staff and other people are constantly banging or shouting Duvet wasn't big enough for the bed and the toilet/ shower smelt terrible, it looked clean and i couldnt see a reason for the smell

Not as advertised no kitchen no amenities as mentioned, a totally different place wasn’t even an apartment

Good. Clean and easily reachable .there should be water for drink and soap for shower.

Where do I start? First, the wrong address was given. I dragged a heavy suitcase up and down a hilly street several times looking for 47 Great Horton Road, which was not marked, only to finally call and be told the building was on a different street. I was fortunate (others were not) that someone was there to let me in. The "free wifi" was not working and took an hour and multiple calls to get sorted out. The bathroom sink was broken, with the plug stuck in the closed position, meaning the sink was full of standing water throughout my stay. The kitchen sink leaked all over the counter. The "double bed" was not -- it was a large single, suitable for one person only. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, not even coffee, and no microwave. Other friends who stayed here for the same festival had to wait half an hour for access, had broken showers, no bedding, and only a hand towel. For this price I was expecting basic, but they did not even cover the basics. Would not stay again.
