天使酒店

酒店位置便利在Guildford市中心High Street 中央非常放便，而且前台服務員服務態度非常nice 令人有賓至如歸的感覺。

唯一缺點無電梯,行李喼上落不便,其他整體服務滿意。

Staff was very helpfull and suite much bigger than expected. Lovely historical building in town centre. No facilities but unnecesary in any case. Will definitely return

Delightful historical room with great facilities. Staff were very helpful.

Staff were friendly, position was excellent. Unfortunately the central heating was incredibly noisy, together with an uncomfortable mattress and cheap foam pillows resulted in very poor quality sleep. The shower had very low pressure which made it difficult to wash. Room was quite sizeable it looked good and was clean. Just a shame that it was let down by saving money on bedding and lack of maintenance.

Last year wifi, this year safety box problem. Hope next year will be ok.

The room itself was nice, but I was overlooking an alleyway which was populated by loud and drunk people which kept waking me up. I eventually got to sleep after midnight, though I was hoping for an early night and a much needed restful night. I was woken up again at 6am by more noise - deliveries, followed by cafe owner dragging metal furniture across the cobbles. The room was also freezing cold, as no central heating was on, though there was a constant sound of water flow from the (non-functioning) radiators. Fortunately there was oil filled radiator in the wardrobe. Not happy at all about the noise from the courtyard below though, or the loud music from downstairs.

Clean room, comfy bed and friendly staff.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in October. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. We had booked a suite which was a very good size and clean and had all of the facilities that you could need. It isn’t a modern hotel but has a charm. The hotel is very well located in the centre of Guildford close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, providing glasses and ice in request. It was very good value for money.

Et gammelt hotel fullt av sjarm. Vi er på rundreise i UK, og dette ble det store positive hoteloverraskelsen. Sikkert noen småting å sette fingern på, men makan til sjarmerende plass!

Very comfortable room in centrally located hotel

I stay regularly at this hotel. The rooms are big and the price is usually good. But the rooms at the back have very patchy internet and even though they have tried to fix this, it’s still not good enough! Also, in former times, the staff offered to carry luggage to the room, which may be up and down very narrow stairs with no lift! That has recently not been the case!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is a beautiful hotel which was built in the 1500's. If you have mobility issues, it may not be for you as there is no lift and there are quite a lot of stairs, but it was a lovely building to stay in. The bed was comfy and I was at the top of the building so it was really quiet apart.
