Everything in the hotel is excellent, the room is massive and very clean, love it. The only thing that let me down is no parking we have to walk back with our luggage that far. Otherwise the hotel and staff was great.

This is certainly the perfect place if you are staying in the bath area. We absolutely loved the hotel and all that it had to offer with the pool, sauna and extra relaxation areas. I will definitely come back here again. But this time I’d stay another week. The water here makes you feel healthy.

The only negative for this hotel is the lack of car park. Other than that, it’s everything you need. Clean, tidy, modern and well equipped. The staff are friendly and within walking distance are so many shops, bars and eateries. Appeared family friendly too.

Apex is a beautiful hotel right at the heart of Bath. We arrived early and were checked in easily with a warm staff welcome. The room was perfect. The location can't be beat!

Really lovely hotel. Nice comfy room, good breakfast, and good pool area (although unfortunately the experience showers weren’t working).

Great city centre hotel, nice central location within walking distances of all the attractions. We stayed on a bank holiday it was busy but there want much wait for breakfast or anything

Excellent services at reception

Put by the lift soheard everyone coming in, especially the two hen parties, ages to get breakfast as people were messing around. Cleaners didnt empty the bin in tje bedroom or change the towel after i had a unexpected nosebleed in the shower. Reception staff were not very acknowledging with personal attention, i am a Dr/Mr not just a surname. I spent over £550 including extras and it felt no better than a Travel Lodge.

It was a beautiful modern hotel with amazing staff. Nick was especially helpful with giving us information and sights to see about the town. The pool/spa area was perfect to wind down after a day of exploring.

A really enjoyable 3 day break. Staff were friendly, informative, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
