Could have provided more detail about the room plus the fact my wife is in a wheelchair and couldnt get through the double doors to get to it . It took a passerby to help . Room was fine but just lacking some forethought

Hotel was well presented, however we had a few issues:
- We got stuck in the lift on arrival and had to prise the doors open
- Upholstered seating in room was stained
- Next to no water pressure
- Messaged hotel via Hotels.com chat and never had a reply
- No hairdryer, hand soap or bath mat provided which we would have expected
- Bed was uncomfortable but this may just be personal preference
- Air conditioning worked but was very loud
- When we went to leave the parking garage door was broken and we could not leave, fortunately we had no time sensitive commitments

My husband's car was hit whilst in the private and locked car park. The manager still hasn't responded to any of our calls despite us reporting it to staff straight away. Awful customer service - our car was damaged on their property and no one seems to care at all.

I was on the ground floor and it was not the best experience I would really rate the upper apartments a 5 ⭐️ though.. but the last time I was there in room 005 it was a terrible experience with random noises of water running all night.
