The staff was not friendly. They gave in accurate information about when the manager would show up. They put me in a wheelchair room when I booked a regular studio and refused to move me. The first room had urine stains on the wall of the bathroom, on the walls of the shower, on the handicap seat.. all caked on. They night attendant refused to move us, despite the room smelling horribly of urine. The next day, when we did not get housekeeping as the night attendant said and the manager did not contact is, I went to the desk, they had not idea what I was talking about. They moved us, then promptly re rented the room to the next people that walked in. The next room had rag reminents, dirt on the floor, dust all over the vents, behind the TV, the plates were black with dust, then TV did not even work. That night was double the cost due to the holiday I should have a full refund for the trouble and lack of cleaning or even basic contract requirements.

It was clean and quiet.

Great spot for gigs at Wembley arena. Unit was clean and a good size with parking available under the building for extra cost

Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the Wembley Arena. Spotless room.

Could have provided more detail about the room plus the fact my wife is in a wheelchair and couldnt get through the double doors to get to it . It took a passerby to help . Room was fine but just lacking some forethought

Clean room with all amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby to shops, train station and plenty of eating out options.

Hotel was well presented, however we had a few issues: - We got stuck in the lift on arrival and had to prise the doors open - Upholstered seating in room was stained - Next to no water pressure - Messaged hotel via Hotels.com chat and never had a reply - No hairdryer, hand soap or bath mat provided which we would have expected - Bed was uncomfortable but this may just be personal preference - Air conditioning worked but was very loud - When we went to leave the parking garage door was broken and we could not leave, fortunately we had no time sensitive commitments -

Staff good.

My husband's car was hit whilst in the private and locked car park. The manager still hasn't responded to any of our calls despite us reporting it to staff straight away. Awful customer service - our car was damaged on their property and no one seems to care at all.
