Fabulous 2 bedroom deluxe apartment that was extremely spacious with a large kitchen and living room, and spacious bedrooms (1 with separate twin beds).
Slightly worn down but minimally noticeable and overall finishing and condition of the apartment was excellent.
Great hot water and 2 bathrooms were very useful.
Washer was great (dryer was minimally effective).
Fantastic quiet and safe location in an upscale area. 5 min walk to tube station as well as a small shopping centre with a great grocery store (Waitrose) and Boots.
Easy ride to Heathrow on Piccadilly line.
Would stay again with our family with 2 children and highly recommend.

Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up!

Stayed in a studio apartment, enjoyed the extra space and the bathroom/kitchen. Property was clean and spacious. Property manager was available and helpful.
Studio was facing on to the Main Street, so did experience some outdoor noise and noise from the floor above us. The king bed was actually two twin mattresses, one side was comfortable but the other side was not (hopefully they will replace it).

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter to stay in while visiting London for several days. It's located in a very nice part of the city, close to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is clean and very pleasant, providing a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is a great bonus. The price is a bit high, but I believe it's worth it.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom a bit small but that's probably like most places in England. Also it was very convenient with a tube station 1-2 mins walk from the place.
