Lovely flat with a cracking view But...... Internet was lousy which meant the nice smart TV was unusable. Tried getting hold of the management but emails didn't get answered and telephone call centre was a contect centre who couldn't really help and promised a call back which didn't happen.

Had an amazing stay at Astor House. The views from apartment no. 2 were amazing. The apartment was clean and lovely and warm. Convenient location for restaurants, bars, buses etc

I liked the roominess of this property. The view to the ocean was also lovely, but it comes with 170 steps to get down to the waterfront! I did not like having to fight for a car park on the street (as there is none included with the apartment), but after 3 weeks of driving around the UK, I now understand this is the norm. The bed was comfy. Would have liked more than 2 tea bags for a 2 night stay. Disappointed that the washing machine wasn't actually in our apartment (which was one of the reasons I had booked this place), and that we had to go to the adjoining building, through multiple doors, and down stairs into shared laundry. I'm not opposed to a shared laundry - just not what I was expecting. Overall, this property was okay.

Property was lovely and spacious,clean and everything you need. Disadvantage was the parking. I have mobility issues so was unable to park far away. Unloaded my car and then parked. Room 11 a little noisey as next to the garden room stairs and lower ground but you cant help noisey people. A soft closer on the door would help. Overall though a lovely place and i would stay again. Thank you 😊

Very nice stay in number 10. Picture windows and balcony with wonderful views over the seafront. Very comfortable room. Also made use of convenient onsite laundry. Would recommend and would stay again.

All brilliant the place was ace and the lady I spoke to at plum locations was fantastic, hotels.com were brill

Nice apartment and excellent view

Mycket bra, lite svårt med alla koderna till de olika ingångarna. Hade önskat att det fanns singel täcke för oss som är vana vid det. Som förstagångs-besökare var alla trapporna en överraskning, jag hade uppskattat information om hur man tar sig runt till fots.

Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Astor house. The apartment has amazing views and the beach and pier are close by. The apartment is equipped with everything you need if you require to cook. If not there are lots of places around the area to eat. Only downside is parking by the apartment as it is limited

The apartment was in excellent condition. All furnishings and equipment were as new. There was a full cooker with an oven. Bed and pillows comfortable. The view from the apartment looked directly over the bay and sea. Staff very helpful. Memorable.

The apartment has great views of the water. Very comfortable. You do need to go a steep hill or up 10 flight of steps. Also the living room decor is fine but could be updated a bit. Had a wonderful time for a week.

Excellent! But there is an elephant in the room. Firstly, housekeeping. What an amazing job they did before our arrival! Spotlessly clean... everywhere! I'm in the industry and I know what a hard, hard job it is. Hospitality is struggling for staff all over the country and its hard to find good people. Plumblocations, you have excellent housekeepers... keep hold of them!! We had apartment 8. It was very spacious with high ceilings and absolutely everything you need... Cutlery - very nice set and plenty of it. Crockery - again very nice and everything you can think of. Pots and pans - we only used the frying pan, but everything there you would need. Fridge - relatively small with a small ice box, but adequate for essentials. Dishwasher - full size, which was a blessing! Even dishwasher tablets supplied (nice touch) Fitted kitchen - plenty of cupboards. Toaster - 2 slice Microwave - 800w Table and chairs - glass round table with 4 chairs (chairs not very comfy) Sofa bed - very comfy to sit on and just as comfy to sleep on. Armchair - again very comfortable. Book sideboard - stocked with plenty of good reading for all ages, plus bord games. Bedroom - fairly small double bed (but comfortable. Wardrobe - plenty of hanging space Bedside cabinets - one either side with a lamp. Bathroom - bath with a lovely powerful hot shower and shower gel/shampoo supplied in large dispensers. Toilet - very clean and stocked with toilet roll. Sink - large enough with a large cabinet. Towe
