Staff were wonderful. Very clean, great views of the sea, spacious room with cute traditional white washed furniture.

Quality stay. Older building with all the charm. Proper personal service. Clean, quiet even on a busy and hot weekend. Free, uncrowded and secure parking so close to the beach and other amenities a huge plus.

Its ok just need more modern Kettle unsafe as it dont switch off and the kettle very dangerous needs replacing bed covers throw not great stains on carpet and dirty Personally i wont be coming back sadly

Very conveniently located clise to the International Centre. 5 min walk. Secure car park at the rear of the property which is an added bonus in Bournemouth. The staff member- Stash was polite and friendly. The room- 33 was clean, large and comfortable. Great view of the sea and pier. You are provided with towels and toiletries. There is also tea and coffee in the room. A great stay.

It was fantastic, can’t wait to come back

A lovely hotel, it doesn't look like much from the outside but the room we were in was very nice, high ceilings, a view of the water and the main pier from the bed, furniture in a pleasant classic style complemented the room. The bathroom was standard and clean. In the evening it was lovely to sit in the armchairs with a view. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at the Balmoral Hotel whilst attending an all-day event at the BIC. The location could not be more convenient, just a 4 minute walk away, which I really appreciated, as I was able to pop back during the day. The hotel rooms are basic and my single room was quite small, however, it was clean and functional, which was all I needed, with a lovely view of the sea. The owner of the hotel, Dave, could not have been more helpful or accommodating - nothing was too much trouble - and I particularly enjoyed my chat with him about succulent plants! He went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely stay at the Balmoral again if I was to attend another event at the BIC.

The bed wasn't the comfiest or cleanest. Parking was awkward as you had to ask at reception to be let in/out. Fine for a night if you are out drinking. Close to everything but the hill to walk up is a killer.

A nice quiet hotel with sea views and 2 minute walk to the pier. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay here again.

Dave and Karen very friendly on arrival. Lovely room with a sea view. Bottle of wine provided as it was my wife’s birthday - nice gesture. Overall lovely place to stay with exceptional staff.

Great value for money and friendly staff

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Balmoral hotel. We were welcomed by Dave who couldn’t do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our room had been refurbished to a good standard and we had everything we needed. The central position this hotel is excellent and the car parking was a added bonus.

Plenty of parking, comfortable rooms, close to the beach with sea views, and very welcoming and friendly service!

Hotel is a little basic but very clean and almost too warm! Dave the manager was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Room 30 is lovely with views of the sea and has a huge bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really close to Bournemouth pier. The car park offers ample spaces. The rest of the hotel is a bit dated and work is underway to bring it up to date.

Staff friendly and hotel clean but overall very dark and old fashioned

Great location for beach access, clean room but bathroom in need of update. Very friendly service, friendly staff.
