Very pleasant 3 night stay here at Beach View Guesthouse. Our room no. 7 overlooks the beach and one can see the whole coastline. Lovely room with all facilities. Lovely hosts provided excellent breakfasts with good choices. Will definitely visit again when next in the area!

Great breakfast, with views over Weymouth Bay. The room facilities were good and with a very comfortable bed. The room also contained tea/coffee facilities which were topped up everyday. The property also has a smart TV available which was very handy for catching up on programmes I had missed. Weymouth is a busy seaside resort which a great range of shops. I travelled to Weymouth by train and then it was an easy 15 min stroll to the guesthouse. The wider area around Weymouth has so much to see and do. The coastline has some fantastic walks and one of the best was to visit Portland Bill. It was a great holiday and I hope to return soon.

This was a last‑minute find for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have been happier. You can step straight outside to the sea, and the view of the harbour from the bedroom window was lovely. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Cooked breakfast was delicious, with plenty of other choices. The room had everything we needed, was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. Great place

An exceptional stay at Beach View Guesthouse. From the moment I arrived Karen was welcoming and helpful. Room was quiet with a great view of the harbour, a comfy bed, fluffy towels and a supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. Also the cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had, not greasy and even black pudding on the menu. Ideally situated for the Pavilion, the town centre, harbour and beach. When I am in Weymouth I will not hesitate to stay there again.

My room overlooked the harbour entrance at the rear, very picturesque. Full cook breakfast to your own requirements. All excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location.

Visited Weymouth for a few days and booking Beach View was quite last minute.

Yes clean quiet reasonably friendly hosts very good breakfasts good location few too many stairs when on top floor of six flights of stairs!
Parking nightmare but was lucky to be given an authorised parking permit by the hosts!
But all good in general!
