Great location. Close to transport hubs and shops and bars. Beds were comfortable. WiFi worked well. Toiletries provided. Quiet location. The layout and amenities of the apartment made it a bit less comfortable than it should have been. Inadequate cooking utensils in the kitchen, especially if there were four adults staying there (this was mentioned to the hosts, but they said what was provided was more than adequate).The second bedroom was small - not enough room for luggage. The couch provided was big enough for 2 people only, not four.The TV was very awkward to sit and watch comfortably. No microwave. Cleanliness was lacking. Dirty oven dishes left in drawer. Used coffee pods left in the machine. Freezer was iced up and wouldn't close properly (we rectified this by defrosting the freezer ourselves). Washing machine had mold on the door seals.Shower didn't drain properly (we fixed this by cleaning out the drain).No exhaust fan in kitchen -every time you cooked the fire alarm would activate. The heating in the apartment was not sufficient - external doors and windows did not seal properly, and a draft was constantly entering the apartment which made it quite cold(especially the second bedroom). Window curtains did not adequately block out light from outside the apartment. Glass partitions in the main bedroom made it appear that you were in a fishbowl. We did enjoy our stay here and would stay again, but in today's tourism market, attention to detail is paramount.
