Great staff, all very pleasant and appeared happy in their job. The hotel was clean but dated, suited our needs perfectly as close to Manchester airport parking

Fantastic customer service. In particular Charlotte, who checked is in, was super friendly, welcoming and really really helpful. The hotel - clean, accessible, bright. Slightly dated decor but had all the makings of a good quality hotel. Would stay again.

Excellent alternative to airport hotels with affordable parking

A great hotel, great breakfast, nice staff. Only thing to mention is that shower water was cold in the morning, so had to have a wash instead

A welcoming place with good food, but a bit tired decor and you have to pay extra to park.

Excellent, comfortable, clean and very fruendly hotel. Recetion and bar staff provided excellent and friendly customer service. I would certainly book again and recommend to friends.

Good value

Arrived after midnight after late flight into Manchester, couldn't fault the pick up by taxi to the hotel, booked in ok, had a drink at reception to relax before going to bed, lovely room, very pleasant staff, all round very pleasant nights stay before heading home in the morning

Having stayed several night that week, the staff were very guest orientated at all times. Well done.

Food was ok and service was good but room was not clean and Moldy in lots of places

I booked a one night stay due to a family members party. There were originally 3 people on my booking, unfortunately two of the people couldn't attend. My room was really spacious and clean, the receptionist and guy on the bar were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately due to a family emergency, i didn't end up staying overnight so can't comment on the beds eg comfort etc... I don't know where i stand regarding a refund (would be nice to receive one ), but regardless of that based on what i did experience i couldn't fault anything

We booked the hotel few months ago. We have stopped here a few times as its convenient for us before our flight this time though they have introduced a parking fee after we had booked so was a bit shocked id thought they would pf honoured the customer who had booked it before this come in to effect

The good : very clean ,but that cheaper hotel smell . Bed was comfortable . Bar & coffee The bad : broken water mixer - couldn’t take a shower . Pillow is cheap and rock hard with no options to change . Breakfast not quality ingredients . It’s not a hotel for business travelers . Overlooks private houses .

Great Airport Hotel. Dead easy to Airport after you leave. Arrived to friendly welcome and very accommodating restaurant staff. Would recommend and will stay again.
