Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable.

Perfect location near all amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful and cleanliness was 5 star

This is the second time we’ve stopped at this hotel. Great room for the 2 of us and the dog. Great location and accommodating staff. The breakfast was disappointing though as there isn’t an option to order a fresh cooked breakfast. Other than that it’s great and we’d stop there again

After paying for breakfast for duration of stay, they didn’t cater for gluten free options.

Went for one of the cheaper rooms on the top floor and it was spacious & clean with a sea view. Felt like good value for money.

Great location and lovely meals, some tight hallways and random stairs but overall a great stay to enjoy the waterfront.

This is such a fabulous friendly relaxing place to stay :) The staff were lovely, and the food was excellent; we have food allergies, and the restaurant staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our assistance dog was given a toy on arrival - it's definitely recommended for people wanting to take their dog on holiday with them. We had a stunning sea view from our room too - the beach is literally less than 5 minutes away. We will be back - nothing but praise for this lovely place.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, fantastic view of Scarborough from the hotel room and a gift for my dog. All in all a great stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, and staff were efficient and friendly. The free coffee in the lounge, afternoon cake, along with a coffee machine and fresh milk in the room were a great touch. Ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was great. Also, the special parking rates at £4 per day are amazing.

Free coffee, tea and cake are a nice afternoon bonus. Great location.

A lovely hotel with a wonderful room (318) that I will stay in again. Bar and restaurant excellent.

Our room was noisy, old , walls and ceiling with cracks, windows frame deteriorated and one glass broken… not safe. Beautiful view but the windows were so dirty due to seagulls I guess, who are a nightmare 24/7 and entertain you especially from 4.30 am on… the. General condition of the hotel is not excellent but the employees are very very nice and with beautiful smiles!

On arrival we were met at the entrance at this point all was good, the gentleman was very helpful. Everything was looking good until we stepped into the lift which was very small and very drab it only just took 2 adults and two hand luggage and everything went down hill from there. The decor was horrendous. Orange and green walls i was beginning to think it was a hostel. The room had a gap at the bottom ofcabout 4 inches, my husband kept hitting his head on the light fitting as it was hanging on a rooe

Stayed at here before as is prefect location in center of Scarborough with many areas within easy walking distance. Lovely hotel with staff second to none. Reasonable prices despite height of summer season and can get extremely busy. Parking can be a pain but other than that… highly recommended
