I recommend that this property be avoided. Deceptive advertising to the 11th degree. I reserved an apartment and was handed the keys to an attic that was smaller than my bedroom. 16 of the 24 photos bore NO resemblance in any manner to the 'apartment' • The apartment was a room, no larger than my bedroom at home. • I was unable to stand up straight in all but 5 square meters of the floor space (including while using the commode). • There was no closet, only a small walking clothes hanger. • There was no kitchen, only a small refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle. • There was no washer or dryer as shown in the photos. • There was no bath or shower stall. I had to shower standing next to the toilet, hoping the floor would dry in the London humidity. I spent one night (of my 7) and checked into a hotel the following day. Paid for a week for one night in an attic. I asked for a refund for my unused time and....well I don't think I need to tell you what the response was.

Clean, Comfortable apartment. Excellent service from housekeeping. Walking distance to Spitalfields Market. One stop tube to Tower Hill from Aldgate East station.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (4 adulti) per una settimana nell'appartamento 4... devo dire che l'ho trovato pulito e confortevole, dotato di tutto l'essenziale. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, comodo ai mezzi di trasporto, vicino a Liverpool Station e al Tower Bridge. La caparra mi è stata restituita dopo circa un mesetto. Dovessi tornare a Londra, penso proprio che tornerei volentieri in questo appartamento.

Super Lage- es ist mitten in Brick Lane mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Check in war unkompliziert und schnell. Das Appartement (wir hatten das vierte) war im 3.OG- das ganze Haus besteht aus 5 Appartements. Sauberkeit war ok, aber man durfte nicht in die Ecken schauen. Platz war für drei Leute genug (1 Schlafzimmer plus Küche ( mit Waschmaschine und Trockner) wo sich eine große Schlagcouch befand. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage- was teilweise sehr warm wurde (30 Grad innen), da half auch der eine Ventilator nichts. Das einzige Negative für uns war die Lautstärke: sowohl von draußen (Autos die nur für kurze Strecken richtig laut Gas geben) als auch von drinnen von den Leuten, die das Appartement Nummer 5 oben im Dachgeschoss hatten. Man hört jede Bewegung- beim ersten Mal dachten wir, jemand ist bei uns im Raum. Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft perfekt für einen Stadttrip. Für unsere Bedürfnisse die perfekte Lage.

The location and check in process were seamless. I didn't receive any contact through vrbo, they emailed me with the check in instructions including an additional cleaning fee and deposit that were not mentioned before. Would have appreciated being responded to before the day of and also knowing about all fees up front. The couch was also not in any shape for someone to sleep on, and there weren't any additional linens or blankets provided to do so. I thought it had nothing above the bare minimum and was overpriced considering the aforementioned issues.

Neighborhood didn’t feel safe at night. Booked the studio and wasn’t what we expected. The pictures listed are not all of the studio, some are of the other apartments and this was misleading.also not all apartments include washer and kitchen as described. Ceilings were very low and no air conditioning made this small space very uncomfortable

The cold water was not working and in the shawer and the hot water was really hot

Very clean and tidy, great apartment for its location and size. Would stay again. So close to Brick Lane yet quiet and 10 mins from the heart of Shoreditch

Cons: I didn’t have access to a backyard/patio, my apartment didn’t have a washer or kitchenette, the bed was very uncomfortable (woke up with back pain daily). Pros: clean, staff is friendly and accommodating, quiet safe (seeming) neighborhood, close to food/cafes

Very quick communication and very accommodating to my many requests. Perfect for small families like mine. A lot of shops nearby. Only complaint is the "garden" at the back needs some work.

It is a nice apartment in a good condition. The only problem is with the sofabed which was really uncomfortable. If you are a couple or 1 person, this is a great place but if you need 2 beds I would pass.

(1) Booked this apartment/room fortunately just for one night. This wasn't a cheap room with 115,66 € plus a mandatory cleaning fee of £25,00. For a total of about 150,00 € I do expect a certain service for this price and the very least one can expect is to get receipts of payments made in a timely manner. I had to chase Brick Lane Comfy Apartments for several and involve Hotels.com to finally get the receipt. (2) The location of Brick Lane Comfy Apartments is not good. You will find lots of shady creatures near the property and you will not feel safe waling on the street during evening or at nighttime. (3) Room is spacious, especially for London. However the bed is small and the entire apartment is really outdated. Furthermore, the floor smelled like people were consuming hashish in this building. I was happy having survived the short night, left at 6:30 am and won't ever get back to this place.

El apartamento es apropiado si solo vas a dormir una noche. Los techos son bajos sobre todo encima de la cama dónde no puedes ni sentarte sin darte en la cabeza, el baño muy pequeño e incómodo. Te cobran la limpieza además de el coste de la habitación y te exigen un deposito de 125 libras que tardan más de dos semanas en devolverte

After I booked this apartment I got very worried as the Trip Advisor feedback was absolutely awful. I was reassured that the apartment was just for me and had a private bathroom, which it did. I loved the location and the apartment is basic but comfortable for a quick stay. Very near Aldgate East tube and The City. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would say needs updating would be a hand towel in the bathroom and new duvet covers.

Leiligheten var grei nok. Vi var 3 gjester. Det manglet sengetøy for en av oss og det var få håndklær. Hvis du vil ha en leilighet du ikke er så mye i, og ikke er altfor kresen med beliggenhet er denne en du kan vurdere.

We booked an executive apartment which was a ground floor flat, it was basic but clean. The lady who met us and arranged keys and payment was there before us and very friendly. It was only a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. The negatives were that we could not have the doors to the balcony or windows to the rear open as the smell from the rubbish dumped below was disgusting and the internet did not appear to work. We tried two tablets and three smart phones all of which said they connected to the wifi but had no internet connection. We were staying just one night as we were both working locally for the two days and went out in the evening to a lovely restaurant so for what we wanted, bed and shower it was adequate but not the executive apartment we had envisaged.
