Hotel staff is so nice. Breakfasts are very delicious and some choice. Traffic is so easy access

It is a lovely B&B, although the room is quite small, the room is tidy.

Loved everything about Brightonwave. Richard and Simon are amazing hosts, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, very clean and everything you needed was supplied. The breakfast is amazing, blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs and salmon were my two favourites but everything looked delicious. The Brightonwave is in a great location. Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We would certainly stay here on our next visit

The place is small but nice; the beach is large but gravel, not sand; the area is quite lively even if the street where the hotel is is quite quiet

Room was tiny but sufficient. Location is close to everything and still the place is quiet and very clean. The service was great. My arrival got delayed and still my check-in was very easy and last-minute changes in schedule were no problem. Would return gladly.
