Easy to find and park. Clean and everything you needed. Short walk to arena and nightlife by canal. Good communication.

Central location, sterile decoration, stained carpets, broken lifts, broken furniture in corridors. Apartment light and airy, clean. Window blinds need attention. Insufficient drink choices, 1 of each thing for a 4 person apartment and no caffeine free options.
