Dear Team,
We would like to sincerely thank you for our stay. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We would especially like to highlight Hunny Verma, whose warmth and helpfulness made a particularly positive impression on us.
Although our official check-out time was 11 a.m., we greatly appreciated your flexibility in allowing us to stay a few hours longer. Any questions we had about the area or local attractions were always answered kindly and in detail. Our luggage was also handled with care, both up and down.
We were completely satisfied with our stay and are already looking forward to visiting again.

Avoid at all costs.
The neighborhood is rough, didn’t feel safe at all. The entrance was poorly signed, inside it was filthy, steep, and narrow.
The room was dirty - hair on the floor, hair in the sheets, hair on the room floor.
The showerhead was broken, water sprayed everywhere.
The bathroom had a stench about it.
The room faced the street, which was very loud, and punctuated every 4-5 minutes by police sirens.
The screws holding the doorknob were rust and coming out & the doorknob was loose.
There were no lamps in the room, just the bright white overhead light. Overall very uncomfortable location and room.
I looked at all of the other reviews and am pretty sure they are faked weekly by the same author.
There is zero chance that any family or business traveler found this place acceptable, or thought that the neighborhood was nice, or the hotel was clean.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Staff rund um die Uhr. (Ich erlebe selten in englischen Hotels, dass einem alten Paar bei steilen Treppen mit dem schweren Gepäck geholfen wird, aber im einfachen BROADWAY in Southall!) Ansonsten ist es eine dem Preis entsprechende sehr einfache Unterkunft mit allem Notwendigen und sauber. Zentral gelegen im Zentrum von Southall, daher auch Verkehrslärm.
