布朗普顿酒店

以價生比考慮這酒店是可以接受的，在地鐵站旁及去主要的景點只有30分鐘內車程！只是酒店沒有電梯很不方便，要是有大及較重行李就要再三考慮！

酒店內風筒已經毀壞 熱水供應很差。無空調，因此日間很熱，半夜就突然覺得很冷 訂酒店時，Brompton Hotel 說有咖啡機，有微波爐在房間。但結果沒有。Reception 的男孩無言了。 值得一贊的是，房間裡的浴室衛生情況良好，但是，廁所板不能拉起來，因此男士如廁時，會有點不便。

Stayed for two days, unfortunately, i don't have stable hot water supply for my bathing. I almost got cold in England. Really bad experience of stay.

Really well located, friendly staff. Room a bit worn but very clean. Bathroom had good water pressure. Honestly the best hotel for the price in the area. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Clear information at check-in and check-out. Good knowledge over what, how and when. Quiet area with restaurants all around the block and one minute to the Underground.

Near tube and royal Albert hall which was what I wanted. Excellent location

Room was lovely and clean. Brilliant nights sleep in a comfy bed. Own mini fridge,tv, kettle and shower room. Water pressure was brilliant considering we were on upper floor. Nice quality free toiletries. Staff were wonderful especially Ify. He found my credit card,which i hadn't realised I'd dropped. He returned it to me. They made us feel very safe.

Iffy on reception went the extra mile he was excellent, the room was clean quiet and had everything you need in it and in a good location

Room clean and tidy, Bathroom looks like it’s just had a refit very nice. Excellent location for the Royal Albert Hall, minutes from South Kensington underground station. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely book again.

The room was filthy - i mean filthy, black mould on the walls and celling, grouting missing, cracked tiles and bath. The bedding was an extremely thin blanket (no duvet) during a cold snap in November - the bed spread was dirty. The furniture was mismatched and old. We were bitten throughout the night. The staff were pleasant and the location was great but very old, tired and dirty

Lovely property, lots of character, clean room with good facilities and close to underground (2 min walk) Close to museums and Royal Albert Hall and plenty of cafes and restaurants in this area. South Kensington is a nice area and feels very safe.

Person in AM the supervisor was rude and gave us many smart remarks of what not to do when nothing was instructed at check in. Hotel is very small no elevator, many stairs, rooms are confusing to get around in, carpets were extremely dirty, nowhere to leave luggage if you have to check out late, wall plugs nit all working were very few and some non working made for frustration. Rooms were ok basic needs met beds bathroom and hair dryer. Rooms small and small bathrooms like most hotels here. I would put up with those but not the rude smart comments from “Supervisor”

This hotel is excllnt valu - situated right in the Museum district and 2 mins from South Kensington Station. Ther is no lift so not for those who struggle with stairs. Dadly there was one fixable problem that would stop me re using it. The room absolutely stank of mildew/mould. I hope the propeerty sees this and is able to fix it as iw ould be happy to use again on my many trips to London.
