I can’t say enough nice things about Brook Green Hotel. Absolutely LOVELY staff, cozy room cleaned daily, lovely pub downstairs with room service that was perfect for the end of long days. Genuinely loved staying here!

We had a really lovely night, the staff were really helpful, especially the lady in the bar on Tuesday night. The room was really lovely.

Good room

Staff was friendly but not very responsive. Told us they would order a cab for an early flight, I provided the time needed and it didn't show up. Nice place, just not super reliable.

We stayed in a beautiful, clean room with an incredible bathroom - amazing stay, I wish we had longer! Highly recommend for a treat away.

Great location for underground, shopping. Great eateries etc. Easy check in and we were able to get into our room early which was handy. Room had everything needed.

Excellent feel about the place with a nice pub downstairs. It is on a main road so you do hear the traffic a little but still had a good nights sleep.

Lovely staff, great room, would stay again

Loved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up.

Older pub with well appointed rooms including large bathroom/ double sinks. No A/c so needed to open windows which made it noisy as closely located to police station/ ambulance services. Limited storage for guest luggage. Reception service patchy and below expectations for price. No lift in the building which made it difficult with large bags/ lots of stairs. 8/10 minute flat walk to Hammersmith station so convenient for Heathrow and access to London.
