We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too. When we checked out we asked the lady on reception to order us a taxi which she did for us. A great stay for a short visit.👍👍👍👍👍

Booked last minute and showed up very late at night yet the staff was understanding and welcoming. Rooms were luxurious and very modern. Even had AC which is not a given in London. I would highly recommend!

Check in was very slow as she couldn’t locate our booking despite me checking in on line prior to arriving. Kept asking to look at a number on hotels booking. Finally found it after 10 minutes under my surname! Then I was charged an additional £30 for one night with the dog - there was no mention of this during the booking despite the description saying it was dog and cat friendly. The room was the first down a long corridor and the security door was buzzing all through the night. It was noisy with people coming and going and talking in the corridor. We had to ask someone to go in their room at one point. Wouldn’t stay again. Had a bad nights sleep.

Very large, modern, clean room. Excellent accommodations for a good price. Alma, the manager, quickly responded to any requests. Great location right across the street from the tube and next door to a grocery store.

10/10 experience! Only thing I'd say is despite paying for a bigger room, it still felt a little small. Not to a point of being cramped though, but more space would've been nice. And the thermostat was pretty tricky to figure out. We were either way too hot or too cold. I suppose we could've asked reception for advice, but it was late. These things are of course very minor, still gad a lovely stay!

Didn’t have breakfast as wasn’t required. However I don’t think it was available til 9am!

Great location, room was clean and had everything you needed! Lack of aircon though it was so hot and only one window opened slightly but this didn’t make much difference. Smell of drains in the bathroom too but overall the room was well equipped and clean

All was very fine until at 2am a couple entered my room with a key when i was sleeping. Hotel staff told me they made a mistake but of course this is not acceptable at all. I had valuable staff on the desk and this could have been happened while i was away so from my side it was unacceptable. Staff was nice and friendly, rooms were good but that experience is a big red flag for me to go back there.

Location was perfect to the concert venue as well as Camden markets. The hotel rooms were nice, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great accommodations for a solo or couple traveler. Small room with just what you need and nothing more. For that reason would not be my first choice for a family stay but was right for the occasion. Room was quiet in spite of being atop a pub. Quick access to nearby Chalk Farm tube. Located in Camden but away from the market throngs. Friendly staff that was able to accommodate my early check in request (charged at 15 pounds for each hour prior to check-in, I believe) Cons: room lighting is scarce. My room was nearly windowless with the exception of a sliver of natural light. I had to use my phone flashlight upon leaving to search to make sure I wasn’t leaving anything behind. Bathroom lighting is abysmal. You’re better off using your selfie camera to check if you have spinach in your teeth. No room thermostat. There is a lift but for the life of me it never worked when I called it. None of these are dealbreakers in my opinion. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Great room with a really comfy bed. Staff very friendly, Bar & Breakfast really good. Excellent location for the Roundhouse and close to the tube
