Hotels.com verified review
Very poor communication! you have to deposit some money for parking (which they will return) if the card is returned. This wasn’t told in the advertisement. Also I didn’t realise I was supposed to have displayed a parking ticket? which was hidden alongside the welcome pack under bags & pans in a drawer, therefore it’s likely I will get a fine!!! - I found as I was leaving! At the start I had to find a shop (10mins away) to get the key for the apartment! (with deadlines)
Poorly advertised! I was stressed! making sure I did everything correctly so I don’t get charged! and also you must clean the bath otherwise your fined.
I won’t return to this place!
